Went this evening for supper, and the hispanic looking gentlemen that?s took my order was rude kept saying anything else after... every time that I would order an item. Then when I was done ordering, and told him that was it, not only did he not repeat myorder, he did not thank me for my order or coming in. Just hung up the intercom. Great burgers, I like the lettuce chunks instead of shredded lettuce!! Onion rings are so good. Only complaint was the regular... and diet drinks weren?t marked. I order on the app, I usually go to the sonic on pueblo blvd, but I live in between this sonic and that sonic, so I decided to... give this one a try, and I get there to check in and put stall number but it never says I've checked in an employee happened tobe walking to his car so I asked him, he said oh it doesn't work just push the button, I did and they had my shakes outimmediately and they were made perfect. When I parked the guy next to me was ordering, I waited 10 minutes and no one ever came on to take my order. In the time I... waited the guy next to me received his order. I have never been this disappointed with Sonic. When I backed up to leave I yelledat one of the car hops and told him what happened and he just smirked at me.
