I like the food, great salad bar, but the service has gone downhill. Not enough staff?..not rude, but definitely not friendly,... at least not to the standards of a service related position. When I was in the restaurant business, a smile and a sing songattitude was a requirement. Hostess kept leaving her post for long periods, keeping people waiting to be checked in. Seems theyhad her multi tasking. I waited the 30 minutes, but it would have been a more pleasant wait if they were friendly andapologetic about the wait. Staff needs customer service training for sure. The only reason I am posting is to give someone aheads up, I like eating here so I?m hoping it gets better. Read more

Staff is always great! I come here all the time and the only place in town with a decent salad bar which has not been the best... lately. They have a hard time keeping it stocked during the lunch rush. The worst part and the reason for this review is therehas been no air conditioning the last few times I?ve gone. It is August, the hottest month of the year and the only thing inthere trying to keep it cool are the extremely loud fans that just blow around the hot air. It has to be around 90 degrees inthis place not to mention how the employees must feel working in it! Fix your air!!! Read more
I enjoy coming here for the salad bar. I have had other items off the menu as well, and always had a good meal. Friendly,... efficient staff makes this a welcoming place to come for a good dinner at a very reasonable price. Read more
Don?t ever order delivery from here. They could care less about how you receive your food. $100 DoorDash bill and everything was... subpar. Read more
They had a computer outage, didn't tell anyone, guessed what our orders were, and delivered subpar wrong orders after a very... long wait. That's on management, not staff. Also, $12.99 for that pitiful "famous" salad bar is a joke and the food tastesterrible. I used to genuinely like Ruby Tuesday. Now I know why they are going out of business. Read more
Extremely disappointed by the price and quantity just ordered this a over half a hour ago and just received my order and Thais... is what I received corn $5.00, rice $5.00 ,baked beans $5.00 per spoon amount and not even please be aware when ordering priceand quantity I posted pics so everyone can have a idea of ridiculous portions Read more
Have had several issues with this restaurant. We haven't been here for 4 years. Decided to try again. 2x now. Steak was on... point! Hard to find a steak cooked as you want it in this town. Server was great. The only downside was the wilted slim lettuceat the salad bar. New drinks were tasty. Will be back. Read more
