Who ever prepared that should go store to store teaching. I'd eat kfc way more if it was always that good.

My husband ordered 3 pieces of dark meat and I gave him 3 pieces of White meat and he wanted Mountain Dew to drink and they gave... him you can make a room Dr Pepper which was not very good at all . Everything else was good but the restrooms were locked. Theycharged us an arm and a leg to upgrade the Coleslaw... Not happy... Read more

The restaurant is more then just a place to get Kentucky Fried Chicken... The tight knit group of employees have went beyond... whats expected of them . They have helped the elderly to their vehicles, talked to their customers like friends and have notturned their backs on those who are in need. Theyve helped without judgement or questions. They get no stars. The fresh fried chicken sandwich was all but fresh fried. They tried to say it only takes 16 seconds to cook,... yea in the microwave. I went to one in Maine and it takes 5 min to cook fresh. This store is a piece of #$%!.......... Read more

We came here to eat last night, but the lights were off, so we initially thought they were closed. We drove into the drive-thru... anyway, since the hours online showed they should be open. As soon as we got to the drive thru, we were happily greeted by oneof the nicest people my son and I have ever come across in a drive thru. Like easily top 3, maybe even #1, but it's hard tocompare new experiences to those from a while ago. The person was very friendly and welcoming, and a pleasant surprise to whatwe thought we were going to encounter. She had us pull up and park near the door as they were waiting on the fries to finish.Within a few min (she quoted us 4min, and that seemed about right) she was on her way out the door to bring us the food. Sheagain was still the same as she was in the drive thru, friendly with a smile on her face. From the way she carried herself, itwas very clear that she is someone who genuinely cares about providing a good experience. This became even more evident when wegot home and opened the food to find that everything was organized, stacked, and neatly placed inside the bag, an attention todetail I honestly hadn't seen before. These subtle actions probably get lost on some people, but as someone who works inQuality, and evaluates employee/customer interactions for a living, they are noticed, and very much appreciated. I can honestlysay, it is people like her that make a company what it is, and are the ones with the most power. Their care for the business andthe customers are what make people loyal to a brand, which in turn, brings in consistent revenue. It would be wise of companiesto realize this, and treat these people accordingly. If I were KFC, I would be doing everything I can to ensure this woman stayswith the company for a long time, as people like her are rare. Read more

Great customer service very fast there was a line in drive-thru when I got there, I honestly thought about not going, because... with a line like that they would probably take forever to get thru the line order my food and then wait to get to the window payfor my order and then wait for them to make my order and give it to me. But I was really surprised and very impressed with howfast they were getting thru the line????????. So I changed and pulled up to the drive-thru and waited. I started and timed howlong it would take to get from where I was in line up to the speaker to place my order and then how long it would take for me toget to the window to pay for my order and then how long it would take to get my food. In all honesty it really only took a totalof 13-14 mins. I am truly honestly very impressed and very surprised!! GOOD JOB GUYS KEEP UP THE GOOD HARD WORK!! I WILL MOSTDEFENETLY GO BACK TO KFC AGAIN!!! ???? Read more
