8:15 Wednesday night I tried to order in lobby and door was locked. Dark skin girl curly black short hair opens and says "what... the drive thru isn't working?" and closes the door in my face. Came to get lunch on my 30 minute break, wait 5 mins for someone to say I can't order for 25 mins because there behind on... orders. It takes not even 3 mins to make a sandwich..... disappoint Jimmy John's. Read more
Was in a hurry so I didn't have time to go back and deal with this. My lemonade was just water, they needed to change out the... drink machine flavor thing, but I didn't notice till I was already gone. My sandwich tasted like onions..??? Which was weirdbecause I ordered a #2 and that has zero onions on it. So basically I paid $13 and the only thing worth a $hit was the chips.Didn't get any napkins either after the guy said they were in the bag. I am NEVER coming here again. Just totally incompetent. I won't be back, until I se some employment changes. My first time at this store, was awesome. And that's the only positive... experience I've had at this place so far. I have been left to wait for my food, although I ordered 45mins prior to picking itup, and still my food was not ready. And ive noticed it's only when a certain employee is working, that I see the lobby beclosed during the day, when this employee is in shift, and that the food takes much longer to prepare, when this certainemployee is on shift. I live close by, and work a lot, and depend on places like Jimmy John's, to get my food, and meals. Personally, I've never had a bad experience here. On average, I come about once a week for lunch - I've never had a sandwich I... didn't like. The unwich style sandwich wrap is way tastier than you'd expect, just so you know! Read more
