Food took a little while, WAY too much cussing by the staff for my taste, along with a buncha c-rap music full of swears Burger... hardly had as much bacon as the picture but oh well. Next time I'll use the drive through so I don't have to deal with theirlobby atmosphere. Read more
Seriously the only good fast food in Pueblo! Burger King was atrocious, Taco Bell was pitiful, and Wendy's was just ok. And none... of them care to follow directions! Forget requesting a change to anything because it either won't be done or the opposite willbe done. Extra tomatoes? No tomatoes for you. No onions? Extra onions for you! Jack in the Box is the only one whose customerservice is good, they follow directions, and the food is yummy. But they close too early lol. I work in the springs and don'tget off work until 8:30pm and haven't 1 time been able to make it before they close. I hope their hours go back to late nightsoon. Or even 24 hours! Read more
Showed up and the lobby was closed the evening of 11/23/22. Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru. There were at least five... people in employee uniforms hanging out in the lobby, eating food, while only three others worked. Not only did the off dutyemployees not help out, they actively distracted the few people working. Food still came out cold. The people who were workingwere clearly trying to Hussle and were very friendly. But overall it was a bummer of an experience. Read more

I appreciated thatvery much... It was just the quality of food that was lacting for myself and my husband's Burger.. they were extremely dry andvery bland with what looked to be old brown lettuce . Went through the drive thru. Incredibly fast service and our order was hot, fresh, and correct! The tacos were tasty like... always. But the chicken sandwich was moist and had just enough of the sauce on the bun. Read more
First time ever at Jack in the Box, it was good! Wide variety on their menu! Will definitely go again.
large chocolate milkshake is wonderful the onion rings are just what I thought very good the curly fries are very good the... junior bacon cheeseburger was for my dog and he really wanted the bacon. bacon Swiss burger was for me and I really wantedtomatoes and extra bacon. photo 1) Junior bacon cheeseburger lol the bacon shrunk I think ???? photo 2) On the "Bacon Swiss" burger I ordered extra bacon and this how what Jack defines extra. I also ordered extra tomatoes. This is what I got 1 tinyslice of tomato. And since when is lettuce brown? I gave 2 ?? instead of 1 ? because my order instructions choice was no -0-lettuce. Fast food? Jack in the box yielding some of our favorite token menu items... Monster tacos with an accompanied sale, two for $3... paired with a newer menu item which was quite a pleasurable pack! Two more tacos, just the regular size, fries, and a crispychicken sandwich chopped with nacho cheese and jalapenos... My inner fast food junkie screaming that this combo was terriblytasty! Piping hot, spicy level still comfortable, and the selection stayed on my mind with enough umph to cause cravings for thedays that followed all the way up until this review... Thanks, Jack! Read more
