Absolute worst BBQ I've had in my life and I've been all over the U.S. yalls brisket taste like straight lighter fluid. To top... it off, while I waited for my order, your little cashier stared at me as though I had dirt on me. Won't be back, what a joke! Read more

3 or 3.5 lbs of turkey was disgusting that we purchased from GGS for thanksgiving. Flavor tasted weird and was tough tough... tough. Called and obviously to them it?s user error. We followed their instruction. Asked him why pieces were so smallcompared to last year and they said it pretty much the scraps from the big turkeys they sell. What? I bought a turkey not adried out little pieces of turkey. Paid a premium for it anyway. Spoke with what I assume was owner. He was rude and made mefeel like I was trying to use him. Shoot I don?t want food from you. I?m done with that. He said we did 100 turkeys no onecomplained. Well I?m not anyone else I expect what I pay for. Especially when they were so good the year before. He wants me tobring it in to prove to him that it?s gross and dry. Honestly it tasted like old turkey. Tasted freezer burnt I remembersitting across from my wife at table and telling her it tasted like it was reheated year old freezer turkey.Grosssss Disappointed as I go there a lot. But?I can stop? won?t be ordering their turkey again. I?ll just get a smoked onefrom Sam?s. My in laws smoked turkey always comes out amazing from Sam?s. Read more

We used to love this place even though it was always expensive but the portions were worth it. I got take out today for one and... the plate was skimpy on the meat and was charged $1.50 for 3 tiny extra bbq sauce. So disappointed for what we paid for!! Iguess we won?t be back anytime soon. Beware!! Read more

The staff is very friendly! Seating is simple wood tables & booths. Three bottles of BBQ sauce were brought to my table - one a... disgusting mix of mustard & BBQ sauce, another possibility a hot variety, and the other rather bland. I chose the duo in orderto taste the brisket & pork - neither exceptional. I was told the desserts are baked in-house, leading me to think tastyhomemade goodness. The snickerdoodle I received was quite thick, quite dry & quite tasteless. The square of pecan pie was tastywith what I first suspected being a piece of shell but was to thin, so may have been some solidified syrup scraped from a pan orutinsel and definitely an unpleasant experience. So tasty. It's rare to find a coleslaw that's anything special but this place has some. The seasoned fries have a unique taste... to them as well. Read more

Hands down the best BBQ in Pueblo, possibly Colorado. The brisket was perfect. Moist, just fell apart at the slightest pull with... great smoke, but not too much. Baby back ribs pulled off the bone and had great smoke as well. Cheesy jalapeno grits werepopping hot and very creamy. MacnCheese was awesome. Everything was dynamite. Lastly we had the moistest carrot cake ever. 5stars all day. Read more

Ok where to start? The staff were friendly and the atmosphere inside was actually pretty nice. They have a good selection of... drinks there which was nice. I ended up getting the brisket with patoto wedges and Mac n cheese. Now for the food the brisketwas ok, not the best I've had but it wasn't horrible. The brisket was chewey and tough and could have stayed in the smoker alotlonger. The potato wedges were just nasty they basically chopped up a potato into cubes and called them wedges. They were overcooked and hard. The Mac n cheese was actually pretty decent. Overall couldn't justify the price I paid for what I got. Read more
