Food is always fine but customer service is horrible. I work graveyard shifts so I usually order around 1130 or 12 am. They... close at 1am. Everytime I call it takes them at least 7-8 mins to answer the phone. Then they say oh it?s going to be about anhour do you still want to order. Miraculously I place my order and it?s here in 20 mins. Lazy! I work at the power plant and getfood delivered all the time. Tonight they decided that they will not deliver to me. Tried delivering our order to the wrong house, had the wrong address on the receipt, and assumed it wasn?t my order. The last time I ordered from this location was better than the first. I am allergic to mushrooms and onions and specifically... stated so. But received my food full of mushrooms and onions. So I went without dinner that night. But this location has beenimproving. Read more
These are our "alfredo" bread bowls. We live far out from domino's and have to drive-in to pick it up. When we called Michael... the "manager" Was so disrespectful it was not funny. He implied that we were lying as though we could somehow remove the saucefrom these noodles, and hung up on us. I'm waiting for a call from another manager but given Michael's demeanor I highly doubtthat will happen. The advice that they give our money back but at this point it is late, we are hungry, and we have beentreated been treated like garbage by an employee. Look at these noodles and see if you think they ever had any Alfredo on thembecause Michael assured us that we were incorrect and his manager had made the order. The poor dinner experience was bad butthe customer service was absolutely tragic. I hope that Michael does not answer the phones regularly. The "Bypass the Line" feature on the tracker doesn't work. Or rather the employees aren't making it work. I waited inside to... pick up my order for more than 10 minutes when it was ready to pickup much longer than that. I could see employees standingright there next to my food stuffing their face instead of bringing my order to the counter. Read more
