Well when I order my food I asked can I have mail ketchup and mustard no tomatoes you know I mean oh my sandwich and can it be... fresh but when I got my food they had an unused in tomatoes on it and I'm like I don't want this but before I had theopportunity to give them the food back I took some things off the burger so I can know if it is the same sandwich and I Ask themanager can I have a fresh sandwich street from off the grill manager reply yes sir but when I received my food it was the sameBurger but just taking the tomato and onion and cheese off and replaced it with another meet on top of the old one and I askedthe manager did you fix my sandwich from scratch again reply yes but I know it was the same one and I had to show him theevidence how I knew it was the same sandwich so don't go here please what's the time Read more
I just want to give a big shout out to Utah, he was running around doing a million things and still gave great customer service.... I don?t think we appreciate how much fast food workers have to go through. Through the chaos he even thought to put my blizzardin the freezer while waiting for the food rather than let it sit on the counter. It was warm in there, looked short staffed, andconstant stream through the drive thru, but they held it together so well! Read more
The service inside was fabulous-- we had no idea what we were ordering, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in... helping us figure all of it out. It must have been 30 years since I had a burger from DQ, and it was every bit as good as Iremembered. The fries were hot, crispy, and perfect. Cannot go wrong with that flame-broiled taste! Read more
