We made a special trip for the ice cream yesterday. The female employee handed me my ice cream and said "It's runny and I dont... know why". My question is why hand a customer an inferior product, admit it and then ring it up. Poor customer service!! It wasterrible. Read more
The workers were all very helpful and friendly, and the ice cream tasted great! My son and I were pleasantly surprised to see... they still had the Peeps ice cream, so we both got that. My other son got the coffee ice cream, which is always a good choice atColdstone. Read more
My mom ordered me a cake from this location because I had never tried one and the Dairy Queen cakes were a little too pricey for... our tastes. I will now be a lifetime customer. Even though they messed up a bit on the decorations (which they compensated mymom for by fully refunding the order with no questions asked) the cake make the party! First time trying a waffle cone and I was not prepared for this monstrosity. They should have a photo or something to give you... an idea of the size! The line moved quickly even with several people in front of me. The staff was quick and professional. Read more

Had a good experience going out on a date here for ice cream. It was rather busy and crowded at the time when we came here and... they were very efficient at serving a long line fast. Employees were very polite & friendly despite handling lots of orders. Thestore appeared to be well maintained and had a laid back atmosphere. Our scoops were of quality, fresh ice cream and they weregenerous with the toppings we added in. Boyfriend tried the founders favorite flavor and we both enjoyed splitting it. I triedchocolate with chocolate chips mixed in and my toppings were mixed in very well. They offer discounts to those coming here fromthe neighboring Tinseltown movie theatre when you show ticket stubs. Read more
We had ice cream cake. We bought ice cream tub - Everybody's size. We also bought Mocha Frepe- Love it Size. The quality of ice... cream is 5 star. Anton was very helpful and understood our vegetarian requirements. He showed us whole brochure of theingredients list. This helped us in choosing what all we can it.
