We made a special trip for the ice cream yesterday. The female employee handed me my ice cream and said "It's runny and I dont... know why". My question is why hand a customer an inferior product, admit it and then ring it up. Poor customer service!! It wasterrible. Read more

My mom ordered me a cake from this location because I had never tried one and the Dairy Queen cakes were a little too pricey for... our tastes. I will now be a lifetime customer. Even though they messed up a bit on the decorations (which they compensated mymom for by fully refunding the order with no questions asked) the cake make the party!
