I go there often. I always order two hamburgers with only cheese. Well each time they hire new employees this is a problem. ... About a week ago I had to repeat my order seven times, seven different ways. I still didn't get the burgers the way I wanted. They had everything and not on one side of the burgers but on both!!!! So I return again order two burgers with only cheese andtwo large orders of fries. So the young girl brings the bag to the window explains "Two burgers with only cheese on them andtwo large fries". I'm thinking someone who's listening to me, thank you. So she hands me the bag. Right away I know it's tolight so I look inside and no fries. So of course she said she was sorry brought the fries to me and I headed home. I explainedabout the order being wrong a few day before but they never offered to even give one burger free. I will continue to eat atCarl's. I like their food I feel the quality is a step up from McDonald's. So keep my problem in mind. I just question howhard is it to make a hamburger with JUST CHEESE. This is a true story... I pull in to Carl's jr because nobody is in the drive through. I say "Ill take a Super Star meal with... no pickles no onion", she says "so you just want cheese, lettuce and tomato with mayo?" I said "yes", she says "what size?" I say "small" she says "what drink", I say "diet Dr pepper" she says "sorry what size was that? and what was the drink again," I said "small and diet Dr pepper". So I pull forward. She serves me a small root beer. I ask her to "try again this is rootbeer." She says "I know it's diet Dr pepper but I'll give you another". So she gives me another root beer, I say it's the sameroot beer and she gives me my food and says have a nice day, like my drink wasn't wrong. So I went next door to the loaf n jugand got a diet dr pepper fountain drink and brought it to the Carl's Jr inside register and tell them that "there is a distinctdifference between these two drinks." These 2 young girls tell me "we gave you a diet dr pepper and they checked the back andI'm wrong." All the while NEVER TASTING THE SODA!! I left disgusted at the new generation. They served me incorrectly and forsome reason I was in the wrong. Oh remember my burger the super star? She charged me extra for lettuce and tomatoes eventhoughthe burger has it on it stock. I arrived at Carl's Jr. Ordered my chicken bisket meal, it took 45 minutes before they realized that 10 people had been served... before they even asked what I was waiting for. The music playing was really the only concern. I wonder who is the manager ofthis establishment. I really don't leave reviews about service because I just never go back to that restaurant.
