Great fast service .. food was as good a burger King is.. service was great fast and friendly and super patient.. the kids... enjoyed and ate almost all there food and the prices was fair. Read more

I'm sorry but this burger king has done so many mistakes on my order every time I come to get food, yes I know they are short... staffed and are stressed but it is still their job to verify that the customer gets all of the things that they paid for. It'shappened 3 times where they have forgotten my burgers. Never again will I be coming to this place. Read more

Wasn't busy at all, food was ok, staff were nice. Just guess I'm not a fan of fast food. Chicken sandwich was sooooo salty... barley any mayo and old lettuce. Fries were decent. But they didn't have a few items on the menu. Read more

it was full of flies and hot inside so we ate in the air conditioned car, then didnt feel so well after eating it....seriously... shouldve canceled the order after realizing the fly issue....DISGUSTING. Sad because we really do like Burger King...but neverto return to this one again Read more

Today, June 13th at 5pm I placed an online order, hoping for quickness and efficiency. This was by far the worst drive through... experience I?ve ever had in my life. Yes I know it?s fast food, but any business should be held to a modicum of professionalismand productivity. Upon pulling up all seemed normal, having to repeat myself a couple times into the speaker, pulling up behindanother car I was excited to hopefully get in and get out after a long day of work. This was not the case. For some ungodlyreason the car ahead of me must?ve been feeding the poor because bag after bag came out of that drive thru, I think 6 in total,but even that took 25min! After the Brady Bunch finally got out of the way I requested to receive my meal and have itcomped/refunded as I felt it was more than fair. There were 3 workers in that building and apparently a non-existent shiftleader who I had to wait another 10min to speak to who apparently didn?t speak to her team on my issue. This shift leader,finally out of the bathroom, I hope she washed her hands, came up and pulled my refund from the till and didn?t even give me thefull refund shorting me just over a dollar and didn?t have the customer service common sense to just give me my meal with anapology and instead tossed my bagged and prepped meal into the garbage. I couldn?t waste anymore time at this location, andafter trying so long to justify giving your organization as a whole another chance, I?ve been met yet again with mediocrity anddisappointment. Thanks, I will not be back and I recommend going to the Wendy?s nearby as they had my order and 4 cars ahead ofme done and out in a fraction of the time. Read more

RUDE AS HELL. Asked for my receipt and I was told the printer was broken. Pulled out of the drive thru and found out the order... was completely wrong. Pulled right around to the window and was told they had not record of it without a receipt and there wasnothing they could do. After arguing with the rude as hell female (I am assuming manager) she finally fixed the order. Which wassurprise, surprise thrown together literally and still incorrect. It was almost 8pm so there wasn't even a line and thislocation doesn't offer dine-in service due to lack of employees. I feel that this location is mismanaged and poorly employed atbest. Read more
