So busy! But with 3 employees on the clock they were on their A game. And all while wearing COVID masks. Two cashier's while the... 3rd one bagged or took care of the coffee, soda, and hot foods area. They were on point. Read more

Older man was in front of me and asking about a bar and the cashier was being so rude that other customers stepped up to help... him out with finding it. I am not from pueblo but I even had it pulled up on my phone. Older man is very cordial the entire timeand proceeds to buy his cigarettes and has trouble with his card and the cashier got even ruder about it. This cashier shouldnot have a job in customer service if he can't even find it in him to be nice to those coming in to pay his paycheck. Do better.7 eleven. Read more

the staff here are extremely rude. They provided the wrong items and keep me waiting a very long time (30 minutes.) When I... asked how long the wait was, the staff threatened me with physical harm and told me not to say another word. I believe this wasin part racially motivated, since they treated everyone that was not white with decency and respect. Read more

The check out woman was incredibly helpful. I was having a bad day, it was like 2 o'clock in the morning and she was just so... pleasant and helpful that it actually made my day. I was in a grumpy mood but left with a smile. I've never really been a fan of7-11, but after tonight I will be going to 7-11's from now on. All because my cashier was such a wonderful human being!Hopefully this is the right 7-11 because I don't remember her name. Store 2727 on Prarie and the Boulevard across fromLowe's. If you're in the area definitely give that store a quick stop, hopefully you'll have the same type of experience I hadand it'll brighten your day. Read more

Worst customer service in town. The employees and management system are completely unhelpful. I will never be returning to this... location and I would advise any civilized human to do the same. There is a cleaner location a few blocks away that is muchbetter staffed. Read more

530 am in the morning on Nov 26, 2018 stepped in to get a cup of Columbian or Brazilian coffee and was none brewed but, the... young man behind the counter can carry on a conversation for who knows how long with a blabbing customer, previous to me comingin to the store! Moved on to Loaf n Jug where they did have the coffee and breakfast items. Read more

This location is in a low income area and doesn't have all of the amenities that a wealthier area might enjoy, but the employees... are great. The assistant manager, Doyle, really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond for them. Thank you! Read more

Federal law requires you to have working public Restrooms where ever your serving ready to eat food. You serve ready to eat... food. Lost n jug tried the same thing this summer and paid a hefty fine and received warning from health department. Try mycheesecakes go to Facebook "Cheesecake by Thomas Pueblo Colorado" and check them out. Thanks Thomas I stand corrected. Federallaw does not apply to gas stations. I was under the impression that since they serve ready to eat food that they have to have zrestroom. I was wrong. Full service restaurant's including fast food restaurant's must have restrooms.
