In the two times I've been to this location I've yet to have a good experience. Customer service is absolutely terrible. We... ordered 3 nacho fries and each side of nacho cheese sauce was about 1/4 filled, which isnt enough for even half of the fries. When we showed them what we received and asked for another side they very rudely said if we wanted more we had to buy extra. Alladvertising for nacho fries clearly shows a full cup of sauce, which they denied and said they're only allowed to put "one pump"in the cup. After then speaking to a manager we received more sauce but she was very rude and said "next time you want extrasauce you'll need to pay for it". Nacho fries are about $2, a side of nacho cheese is $1. I understand that's not much money inthe grand scheme of things, but why would I pay half the price of a nacho fry for another 1/4 filled cup of sauce, when theycould have just provided what was advertised in the first place and not been so rude about it. Honestly just go to a differenttaco bell if you want decent service. Read more

The employees were super nice and we got our food pretty quick considering it was pretty busy.

the WORST customer service i have ever experienced? ordered 6 cravings boxes this afternoon on the app for construction workers.... when i got there the parking lot was empty and the drive through was empty. it was raining, so i went into the drive through. itold them my name, and i pulled to the second window.. waited about 2 minutes for my food (which was quick for how large myorder was). he handed me my 6 large drinks and so i asked for a cup holder, and the employee seemed annoyed that i asked forone. then he handed me 2 bags of food. nothing in boxes.. and so i asked kindly, ?aren?t these suppose to come in boxes?? and heresponded with, ?we didn?t feel like putting them in boxes.?? first off, they?re suppose to come in boxes, second that isn?t howyou respond to a customer.. so i asked if everything that was customized was labeled, and he said he didn?t know. so i asked himif he could please put them in boxes because i have to hand them out when i get to the guys. they put them in boxes and i saidthank you, and when they handed me them to me he told me, ?next time, don?t ask us to put them in boxes and also don?t comethrough the drive through.?? i wouldn?t have cared about the boxes had the employee not been snappy with me and plain rude. igot my food, told them thank you, and drove away. when i got home i told to my husband about my experience and he called themback and wanted to talk to the manager and when he told them i was mistreated and it wasn?t okay, the manager responded with,?well i?m sorry she took it that way!? (the way she said it was extremely rude and very snooty). overall, the food was alright, but the service from the 3 employees i interacted with was NOT OKAY. that is not how you treat a customer. will not be returningto this location. This location is okay, but when the site claims they open at 8AM, they SURE don't want to open at 8AM. Well after 8AM, the doors... all remain locked and I see workers walking around, hanging out in the back. If they want to offer a breakfast menu, then theyshould try opening during breakfast hours instead of waiting until past lunch. I wonder if they get away with trying to stayclosed all day, or only offering drive-thru service and refuse to open the dining room. Read more
