I love a good sandwich, as lunch or a snack - so Subway is often right up my alley. I always use their app to order ahead of... time so it's ready by the time I plan to be there - most of the time it works great, but sometimes they're absolutely swamped soI have to wait an extra few minutes which is understandable. Everyone is pretty friendly and I've never had a bad experiencewith their customer service at this location. My advice is to always use the app; and not only to order ahead of time, but toget points toward free food and because they have loads of online deals you can't get in-store. Keep an eagle eye out and youcould find yourself getting a really good deal. This isn't sponsored or anything, I've just had a really pleasant experiencewith it overall. My one big complaint is that the one time I tried to pick up in the drive-through (I was feeling lazy), Iwaited for a long time before giving up because for some reason it was taking forever with just one person in front of me - andthe only way back out was by going in reverse, so I was lucky no one was behind me. I think that drive-throughs just don't workas well for "build your own" type places, so I wasn't surprised. Save yourself the time and just go inside, especially for pickup. I don't know if that one experience will always be true, so take this part with a grain of salt. My other piece of adviceis to not get meal upgrades from Subway unless there's a deal going on. Compared to other places, a meal upgrade here gives youway less and cost just as much if not more - especially considering Subway isn't even making the sides on its own, justprepackaged chips or cookies out of a case. It just doesn't feel like I'm getting enough bang for my buck. But I'm also a hugemiser for money and deals, so if you think it's worth it, absolutely have at it. Read more

Don't order deliveries from this location, no matter what you order and pay for they only send sandwiches. They expect your... driver to open your bag, fish out the receipt and then figure out what else was on the order. I think the problem is that thedrinks and chips aren't behind the counter and the employees don't feel like going to get them. But they also don't tell thedriver that the order is incomplete. They just hand the driver a bag of sandwiches. Three wrong orders in a row. I wish my sonwould quit asking for subway where the receipt reflects the order but the food delivered does not Read more

Definitely the worst Subway I've been to. Story time: I ordered online because, for anxiety reasons, I specifically did not... wish to deal with talking much to anyone. I got in the drive through, which was empty. Then I proceeded to wait at the orderingthing for over 5 minutes, all the while asking if anyone was there. After no responses, I drove to the window and no one wasthere. So, after much internal debate, I parked and went inside. I entered to hear the three employees behind the counter badmouthing whoever ordered the sandwich they were currently making (spoiler alert: it was my sandwich) because it was a weirdchoice for a sandwich I guess... Anyway, I go up to the counter and see the girl with the drive through headset on is sitting ina chair and is on her phone. The other two employees completely ignore me altogether as I stand waiting. After a few minutes, Iwas finally building up the mental fortitude to speak. Then another employee came out of the bathroom. This girl, unlike thethree others, actually acknowledged my presence. I told her that I had placed an online order, and she asked thesandwich-making employee if the finished sandwich sitting out was mine. The one who made it said "no" (even though it was). Thenthe helpful employee looked at the receipt and stuff and determined it was, in fact, my sandwich. Then she wrapped it up andgave it to me. Then, lol and behold, when I got back to work and opened up the sandwich, they had not put double meat on like Ihad ordered -- instead there was only one layer of meat. Overall, it was the worst Subway I've been to, and I will definitelyreturn to this location. TLDR: The wait was extremely long due to staff laziness. Only one out of four employees helped. Read more

I tried to go through the drive through. They originally said that I would be waiting a while because they were prioritizing... their online orders and then they just straight up said they couldn?t take my order because there computers were down?. Read more

I'm no longer coming here as of today. They are always put of eggs and never have them. The cleaniness of the place is a 3 out... of 5. The bathroom is just plain dirty and is probably a 2 out of 5. Who ever is managing this place doesn't seem to have angood understanding of what a manager should be doing. Their is an employee wearing sunglasses inside so makes me wonder if theydrug test their employees either. Read more

I love Subway! However this time I was craving my sandwich, went inside and got my sandwich made, drove home, excited to eat my... sandwich I opened my sandwich ate a couple bites only to find HAIR in my sandwich. Yup... Straight in the trash ???? what awaste of time and money. So disappointed... Why aren't they wearing hair nets? Read more

My wife and I wanted to get a sandwich for breakfast. We Googled this store's hours and found that they opened at 8:00. We went... there but they were still closed with no sign of opening soon, no employees in the store, lights off, everything. Now if thishad been just after 8:00, that would be more understandable. However, this was 9:15. We gave them the benefit of a doubt,thinking that maybe the website and Google might have the time listed incorrectly. However, when we checked the hours posted onthe door, they also said that opening time was 8:00. Not sure if they decided to open later due to lack of business and failedto update signage, or if the opening team just didn't bother to show up. Either way, it was a waste of time to drive over therewhen we thought they'd be open, just to find out they weren't. Read more
