OUT OF BREAD?!? Yes, believe it or not, I tried to get subway for lunch today and they were out of all types of bread. This... essentially ruined my lunch that I was greatly looking forward to, and I don?t know if I can ever forgive Subway for this. Theytold us our order was ready 10 minutes early, and when we went there they hadn't even started preparing our sandwiches!Ridiculous! I was so hungry and upset. We also ordered at 1:00 PM fro 3:00 PM and there was not enough of the ingredients tomake what we ordered. Read more

Got a Spicy Italian but when I looked at the cucumbers they were slimy and gross. I asked them about it and all they said was "I... don't know." Was disappointed they didn't really own that and replace it with some fresher vegetables. Read more

I can?t say how disappointed I am with Subway. I love the food and have long been a fan, but continual disappointments regarding... customer service quality has really turned me off to the company. This subway location is sadly one of the worst I have everbeen to, including dumpy roadside ones. I am writing this review after 25 min of standing in line at 9:17 am with only a fewpeople in line in front of me. When I finally made it to the front to order, they were out of multiple ingredients I wanted onmy sandwich. I hate to speak poorly of a company, but this is probably the 10th time they have been out of ingredients when Ihave ordered this semester. After sincerely wanting to think it was a fluke, I am sad to admit that Subway is no longer myrestaurant of choice. I would much more happily give my business to another company that is more conscientious of the customerexperience. Read more

No complaints about service. They do a fine job of getting you what you ordered and they're usually pretty quick. The deduction... from four star to three star comes because I've only ever encountered a short line once or twice in my six years at BYU Read more

Hard to find on Google maps. This is the most frequented Subway I know of. The line is always long, but it generally moves... pretty fast. No Subway gift cards. Not sure what that's about. You have to insist if you want a sandwich that kind of busts outof the bread and gets lettuce everywhere. Read more

I went there on Saturday morning, October 10th, and did not have a good experience. There were only two employees there and one... of them was making bread the whole time, which meant that I waited a long time in line even though there were only 3 peopleahead of me. And the process took so long that by the time I got my toasted sub it was cold. And they didn't have the ItalianHerbs and Cheese bread. Not a good experience at all. If they are going to be open on Saturdays they should have at least 3employees there, that way the wait is short, the breads are available right from the start, and the subs will not get cold bythe time I pay for them.
