1st Time at Noodles and Co. I was surprised at the great options! I tried the Lean-guini Rosa with regular chicken and my... partner tried the Buffalo Chicken Mac-n-Cheese. Both were really really good. Great music playing, knowledgeable staff (Icurious about the impossible chicken taste, texture and size). Server gave us our food with a smile. I love this place, but the staff was very unprofessional tonight. They got our order wrong, and when we waited in front of the... counter to ask if they could fix it, they ignored us for quite a while. There were no customers or anything, and when they cameover they seemed very annoyed. She said ?let me guess, no chicken?? and we said yes. They knew they had messed up our order andstill gave it to us. Instead of remaking our meals, they just took the chicken off and handed it back, and we still found bitsof chicken and mushrooms as well, both of which we told them we didn?t want. Look. I love the food that is served here. However, the service that I got tonight was beyond unprofessional. As we walked in,... 15 minutes before they closed, the person behind the grill said, "tell them no and to go away." We then awkwardly ordered. Weasked if we could add chicken to something and another girl said, "tell them we don't have chicken or that the grill is closed."The other girl then said that they didn't have chicken and stared at us for a few seconds with a rude face. We then ordered ourfood, without chicken, and waited. It came out quickly, but the girl handed it to me and said "have a good night" in a snarkytone and face. I love noodles and co. Usually. Tonight was not a great experience in the customer service aspect and made mefeel awkward being in there. I get the annoyance it can be to have to serve people 15 minutes before close, but there werealready other people eating in there, and I know from past experience the grill is always open till 10. Seems like they caredmore about getting out of there than being a friendly service provider. Update: I went back 2 weeks later and the same girl whomade the snarky comments (who's name is Emily) ignored us when we first walked in and when a coworker called her name to let herknow we were there, Emily rolled her eyes, nodded her head, and came to help us with sass in her voice and a look of dread inher face. Literally the worst costumer service ever. We came in with enough time before close, were kind, ordered quickly, andkept a smile on our face the whole time. I?ve been going to Noodles for years and each time I get the same dish. I?ve noticed the decline for the past several months.... This time was my worst tasting experience. The broccoli was barely cooked. The udon noodles were barely coated in sauce. Theyshould be nice and caramelized with a thick sauce that takes a bit of time to develop. The potstickers were boiled but no longerpan fried. Either the cooks are under a massive time crunch or getting lazy. Really disappointed. Read more
It's OK but more on the gross side. The main dish I had was cauliflower bits with a garlic sauce. It was decent, but the... cauliflower tasted like tofu so the texture was bad. The chicken was tender but it cost extra and they barely gave a quarter ofa breast of chicken. The "Cesar salad" was made of one half a green leaf, and one half a red leaf piece of lettuce and a smallportion of dressing. The dressing tasted like rotten mayo, absolutely disgusting. This kids don?t even know how to boiled water... That?s I?ll I have to say. The entire place was dirty.. floors, tables. Very... poor presentation. Also my friend ordered a grilled chicken salad. They brought it to the table very quick, but they forgot thechicken!!!!! How could you forgot the main ingredient??! They grilled the chicken, so ended up super dry.. The cashier was nice, the food was not. Our group threw the food away, broccoli and carrots weren?t cooked, noodles were so... covered in sauce it wasn?t edible. Six employees standing around while the floors and tables are dirty. I don?t normally write anegative review but this is one place I wished I would have read the reviews before I went there, if I had read the reviews Iwouldn?t have gone there. Seems to be a consistent problem at this location. Sorry for the negative reviews but the portionswere super small, I felt ripped off, and the food wasn?t edible. I hope this review saves someone from having a similarexperience, the Asian noodles, Korean and Japanese dishes are a definite NO GO Read more
