Great home-style cooking and awesome comfort food. Worth the drive!
Molly's is soooo good. The food tastes very homestyle in the best way. I don't know how they do it. Watch and make sure to check... if they're open when you decide to go. But the chocolate cake (all the desserts, really) is 10x better than the second placecake in Utah County. French chicken is so good. The gravy on there is so good and you can ask them to put it on the mashedpotatoes. Ambience is so weirdly good, too. It's just a simple cafeteria style, feels kind of vintage but it's also bright andclean so it feels nice. love it! Read more
Went there for lunch and was very pleased with what I got. The decor and atmosphere is very homey. It's like going to grandma's.... The food is super good too. I had their chicken pot pie and I found it was really good. The smoked turkey was also great. Pricewise, not bad for the quality of food. Read more
Molly?s - you guys already had my loyalty for life because of your superior food, but this was above and beyond: thank you for... making my favorite caramel chocolate chip cookies, fresh for me!!! Even though they had sold out, Molly?s literally baked 5cookies just because I was having a desperate-pregnant-woman-craving for them ???? ! This is one of my top 3 favoriterestaurants. For a cafeteria style restaurant this place is fantastic. The food is good, and what it can sometimes lack in terms of flavor or... complexity is more than made up for by the home made characteristics of the food. Really does feel like eating a home cookedmeal. Read more
Top notch place, with great service to start the lunch hour. Better be early or you will be waiting in line. Had the lean... brisket with baked beans and green beans, with a regular roll. So here goes the breakdown; The brisket was perfectly done.Though, since it was lean, not a lot on the flavor side of things, just the taste of a tender meat (Which was fine for me). Iwas satisfied with the meat. The bakes beans had a great twist with a three bean base and the addition of squash to the recipe.Fantastic in taste and compliments the overall dish. Now to the green beans. These were interesting. I had to have a few bitesto really break down what I was experiencing. These beans seemed flash frozen, which preserves taste without the bitter tastethat usually accompanies frozen veggies. With the inclusion of butter and onions, and you have a decent green bean dish. Theroll was pretty basic and not much else... Overall I was satisfied with my meal and the atmosphere of Molly's. Read more
My goto place for comfort food. It's home cooked style. You feel like your at grandma's table with the melt in your mouth... brisket, potpies, Mashed potatoes n gravy, salad, cheese bread topped off with carrot cake or another off their delightfuldesserts (ps don't forget to try their lemonade). You'll see when you go the word is out, there is a line sometimes coming outof the door. Go early, they only cook so much food daily and when it's gone, that's it they don't keep cooking. #1recommended for a fabulous lunch. You leave feeling content. Read more
