The smoothie was really good but it took like 5 mins to have my order taken and 30 mins to get my smoothie. Bugged.
I'm not sure if the Jamba Juice is the healthiest of the fruit juice places, but with the Orange Dream Machine, it is definitely... the tastiest. Of note, I have a very discerning 2 year old granddaughter that 100% agrees. Her first sip of the orange dreammachine and her face lit up and then I had to buy an extra one for myself or I wouldn't have got any. Also, the folks at theBYU Jamba location are super friendly! Jamba has been lacking lately. I?ve been a huge fan of Jamba my whole life even back before jamba acquired Zuka Juice. Since I... kid I always looked forward to their fruit smoothies or their incredible pb banana chocolate smoothie, but for some reasonlately they have been taking the name Of juice a little too seriously. Whenever I order a smoothie it feel like they are handingme a cold cup of soup rather than a thick rich smoothie. The flavor is still pretty good, but the density of the once craved andquenching drink is not what it use to be. Read more
FYI ???????? it closes Tuesdays 11am-12pm, along with every other restaurant in the Wilk, for campus devotional! Otherwise, go... and treat yourself to an orange dream machine. It?s a little pricey for a smoothie (~$6 for a small) but yummy. Usually a lineif you?re there in between class times (around 10 mins before the hour). Read more
This is the slowest Jamba Juice ever. I?ve worked on a campus Jamba Juice. It should not be this slow. The team members didn?t... communicate at all. And their smoothies are sub par as is their customer service. It?s kind of embarrassing to the jamba family.I could do a better job managing it. Read more

I love Jamba Juice smoothies but wowwww is the service here slow. I try to avoid the long lines in between classes and at lunch... but it seems like the employees work even slower when there are lots of customers. Every once in a while I'll get a smoothiethat's too runny or has big fruit chunks that clog my straw but it's not a huge deal. Read more
I found strings of plastic in my smoothie bowl. It was very unfortunate. It still tasted good, although I could not eat after... finding plastic in my food. Read more
