Food took a while which is to be expected on a Friday night, so I understand in that regard. However, after the food was out of... the oven, it took 45 minutes to get out for delivery. I called in after 35 minutes of the food being ready, and they informed methat they only had 1 driver for the evening and was assured the food would still be warm due to the heating rack. After the foodarrived, albeit on the wrong porch, the food was unsurprisingly room temperature at best. I called to explain my frustrationask for a refund. I explained that I had worked with Dominos in the past, and that I know that when I was working there, it wasstandard that food shouldn't be sold if it's been sitting for longer than 20 or 30 minutes; much less 45. At that point, itshould be remade so that it's up to par. The manager said that the policy is now that it can be on the heat rack for up to 2hours, which I have a VERY hard time believing, because l've seen how pizzas look after just 40 minutes on the heat rack, andthey're literally unsellable. If that actually is the standard now, that's very concerning. The manager eventually made itright in some regard by refunding the order, but I will not be ordering from this location again due to the blatant disregard ofhealthy food handling practices and unwillingness to remake old food before it goes out for delivery. One of the worst experiences I?ve ever had. Me and my roommate ordered a pizza at 10. We then waited till 11:27 until we... received a message saying we were getting our pizza. We had called three different times (one time for 20 minutes) and nobodypicked up. At 12:02, we finally got our food. He gave us a terrible excuse that they were backed up because of the BYU footballgame. 2 hours for food? When we finally ate it, to our disgust, it tasted like it had been on a warmer that entire time. We wereboth extremely upset. Now, just 30 minutes ago, I called again to figure out what the problem was, and they STILL aren?t pickingup. They seriously dropped the ball, and I demand something to be done about this. Ordered from here, and they messed up the order. They gave a free pizza as compensation, and when i ordered that one, after an... hour and a half it was marked delivered, and it wasnt there. I tried to call the store, and they line is always dead or busy. Iwent into the store to get a refund and learned they were just then getting it set up for delivery. Dont order from here unlessyou either want the wrong food, or want to receive no food at all. Read more

I got 3 pizzas and 3 pastas last night. We ate the pizza for dinner and the next day when I went to eat the pasta there was no... sauce just noodles in all 3 pastas. When I went to get a refund the store was closed 3 and a half hours after they were supposedto be open and when someone finally showed up they said they can't refund me that they'd be open in another hour and a halflater and to come back then for store credit. Waited over an hour for my mobile order, but the app showed no change. Called, no answer. Finally I went into the store, and... there's only 2 guys in there, on a Friday night. He apologized that my order hadn't been made yet, and said they would start itthen and refund the delivery charge. But I told them to just refund the order and I'd go somewhere else. I get that it isn'tthe 2 guys fault, it's bad management's fault. An hour and a half with no notice or anything? Who knows how long it would havetaken if I didn't finally go in there. Rough stuff.
