They close 10 minutes before changeover to lunch, they are extremely understaffed. Prices for menu items are higher at this... location compared to a franchise outside of BYU Campus. And yet they pay their employees $12/hr and $2/hr meal credit. Muchlower and Chick-fil-A outside of this university. Menu is limited, don?t serve soup, or scrambled egg item related from aChick-fil-A menu. This locations service continue to get worse ever semester and I?ve noticed that some workers don?t even saymy pleasure when thanked. Highly recommend dining at the Chick-fil-A location on Cougar State Blvd just west of campus.Especially if you want to grab breakfast between 10:20-10:30. Sad that this location doesn?t accept physical Chick-fil-A giftcards either. Read more

I have been to this location easily 50+ times in the last few years and it is getting consistently worse. More and more... understaffed. Longer wait times. You can now only order on a touchscreen or the BYU app which lack customizability like removingthe cherry from milk shakes. On my last visit it took 20 minutes for me to get a milkshake which was completely soup by thetime I got it. They wouldn?t remake it and they had no spoons. I?d recommend against eating at this location. Read more

This Chick-fil-A is good. It's not the best one I've visited, but the employees work really hard, and it shows! Usually decently... busy, so I would almost always do curbside or delivery! Read more

Absolutely love this chick fil a! BYU?s mobile ordering makes it a breeze to pick up my food. Only complaint is the lack of... frozen lemonades, but I think that?s a staffing issue. Read more

I have eaten here regularly in the past, and it is usually pretty good. However, the past couple of times I have gone I haven't... been impressed. The general freshness and quality of the food just seem to be on a downward trend. We ate here today, and therewere several issues. First of all, I asked for a sandwich with extra pickles, and it didn't have extra pickles. It had twotiny slices. Secondly, the food was not fresh tasting at all. The fried part of my sandwich was mushy, the bun was flat andslightly soggy, and the chicken in both of our sandwiches was tacky and chewy. Also, the fries weren't that great either. Theytasted dry and came without salt. I went to the counter to ask for salt, but apparently chick fil a didn't have any. Only goodthing was that at least the employee helped me know where else I could get some. Read more

I've eaten here regularly for lunch. -Speedy Service -Good Chicken Sandwiches -I don't know why I always end up paying $1.50... more if I ask them to add a slice of cheese to my single sandwich. -Very Bad Customer Service on several instances (some dayshorrible, other days are great) Read more
