Very bad experience! We booked this place because it said that you get a “seasonal continental breakfast & that there is an... espresso machine 24 hours a day in the main dining room” None of which were there! So we woke up on Thanksgiving morning &thought we would use the Keurig in the room, however, there were no coffee cups! I called Jeremy, the person in charge, at 7amfor some cups, & he said he will bring them to us at 9am! 2 hour wait in the morning with no coffee? So I walked to the otherend of town for some coffee & tea which took an hour of my time. This whole situation caused us to check out late from the roomat which time Jeremy informed us that now we have to pay a $75.00 late fee for not checking out on time. What nerve! We were soupset to be charged extra money on Thanksgiving, it completely ruined our holiday! Terrible public relations at this hotel!Worst hotel stay ever! Read more

Stayed here for a few days. The rooms were surprisingly nice. It was slightly awkward going in and out of the place since the... downstairs doubles as a restaurant. During my stay there was a private event I had to walk through to get to my room which wasextremely awkward for everyone. This place is centrally located and easily accessible to everything in the main part of town. Read more

The place is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I called to cancel reservations at the hotel for a friends wedding and... whoever I spoke to on the phone failed to record this resulting in me being charged full price. I was refunded half of thedeposit for the room but am continuing to try to get the full refund. They double booked a drag event during my friends weddingand told them they would need to be quiet for an hour during the wedding party and told them they could just cancel if theywanted two weeks before the wedding. During the event they mixed dairy and non-dairy options for desert, not labeling them andcould have caused someone an allergic reaction. The lack of professionalism of this establishment is appaling. Theirdisorganization resulted in my being charged and now having to chase them down to get a refund. They told me they needed aspecial machine to process older credit card charges and I've been waiting over a month since they took my card information.I've never felt robbed by a business before but feel as though Pilgrim House has stolen from me and insulted my friends becauseof their gross negligence. If I could make this review 10 stars, I would. In July 2022 we hosted a 'Celebration of Life' dinner for 21 guests at The... Landing. We arrived exhausted from spreading our friends ashes but were hopeful to a positive end of the day. Wendy in events,Kevin & Jim at the front of the house, Matt at the bar & finally with Christopher on the piano - what an AMAZING team. Thedinner was superb. One of the best things about an event at Pilgrim House was that all we had to do was 'show up'. We nevertested the food, never saw the venue & didnt even meet Wendy, the event planner, in person. Every step of this evening wasplanned with a few phone calls and emails. THAT speaks volumes. I would VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pilgrim House for your trips toP-Town. We also went back to attend one of the drag shows, SUPER evening! Read more

We stayed many times at Pilgrim House/Sage and usually we have an excellent stay. This time our room (209) was not up to par. ... The room was very damp so our close become very damp. There was no dresser to store clothes and the closet was open to the room. The shower flow was very low. $50 for parking seemed steep and the room was expensive. Pilgrim House was usually was areasonably price hotel, however, given the higher prices the little matter more- there are other options. Read more

The lobster bisque was the best I've had in my life. Very lobster heavy not just filled with flour. Drinks were smooth and... crisp. Dessert was rich but not overbearing. Our server Facundo was wonderful Read more
