Best clam chowder in town and one of the best I tried overall. I?ve been coming to this place for years. Pickles are great too... no sugar added. I had an avocado toast in rye and they are willing to work around dietary restrictions. Julie the owner isgreat, and so are all other employees. I asked Julie about a dog bowl she had outside that I liked and she gifted the bowlright away. We had a great chat about the state of PTown. This place is absolutely phenomenal! The sandwiches are great, and the chowder is one of my favorites in the entire cape! Don?t... even get me started on that brownie! It shocked me too since it?s just a sandwich shop, but even the lemonade was heavenly! Freerefills too! The owner was so sweet and helpful as soon as we entered. AMAZING!!! I just can?t say enough about the owner, Julie and her restaurant! They truly put their heart and soul into what they... do. Julie catered our beach wedding that was supposed to be on a chartered sailboat out of MacMillan Warf but a last minutemechanical problem left us without a venue. We were devastated and we had 5 days to decide what to do as we had relatives comingfrom out of state so postponing wasn?t much of an option. Julie actually helped us and even offered to call the necessary peopleto make it happen!! Julie also agreed to deliver to our wedding on Herring Cove beach!! Now let me tell you about these lobsterrolls!!! Holy smokes!!! These were the best lobster rolls we have ever had and this is coming from people who have had many alobster roll from many places along the East Coast. These are hands down the best!!! They are served with very little mayonnaiseand on the most deliciously fresh and toasted brioche rolls. Seriously, treat yourself to the best of the best! Such a cute little place and the staff could not be friendlier. The lobster they bring in fresh each day - and it was absolutely... delicious. We had the grilled lobster and the lobster roll on brioche. The grilled lobster was different, it was served hot in awrap and had melted cheese and avocado. It was their signature dish and it was pretty tasty. My sister enjoyed this the most.I?m more of a lobster roll gal. And let me tell you, I typically do not like cold lobster rolls but this was unbelievable. Itwas freakin delicious!! Personally would drop the tomatoes and lettuce next time, but not even a deal breaker. And they do notskimp on the lobster. They were so nice, they brought out our sandwiches as soon as they were made and wanted to know what wethought after. I will absolutely be back! Read more
My first time in Ptown I spent 9 days there. I left this place for last and for the Lobster Roll. Exceeded all my expectations. ... I love my lobster and this was delish. Disregard all the crybabies on the low reviews about how much meat is in there becauseyou order it either 6 or 8 ozs and from what I was served it was weighed before adding dressings etc. it was hearty (I had an8oz on brioche) As a former KM for a seafood restaurant the lobster delivered. Nothing but friendly people and time to talk(however it was at the tail end of the season so the crowds were at a low) and deliver a personal interaction. Market pricefluctuates so be prepared to ?shell? out (see what I did there ????) a little extra but it?s worth it and so are you to treatyourself. My only regret is not going earlier in the week so I could go back for another. Oh well! I guess next year you can putme down for two! Read more
Lobster roll was fantastic! Bread was super crispy, lobster was plentiful and the sandwich overall was delicious. I personally... don't love celery which is the driving force behind the 4. I would recommend this place if you're in the area for a quick bite! Read more
Lobster rolls were fantastic!! Clam chowder was delicious! The basil lemonade is a must! Best thing about Box Lunch were the... ladies running the show. They were very friendly and engaging in conversation by asking questions about our daughter starting atNortheastern and congratulating my wife for becoming empty nesters. People like these ladies and their employees make a placelike Box Lunch feel as though you are eating with best friends and a place I thoroughly enjoyed. Box Lunch is high on my list ofmy all time favorite restaurants. Read more
