I got a build your own salad delivered by Doordash and not only was it incredibly delicious but every part of every vegetable in... that bowl was fresh and crisp-right down to the last few bites!! This is the first salad I have ever had delivered that did nothave slimy, icky bits at the bottom-Thank You! Iced green tea was also lovely. Will be hitting up Wayland Fresh again soon! Read more

Placed a very large order yesterday for our office staff and they were absolutely amazing about it. Everything was perfect, even... the substitution requests, it was done exactly at the time they said it would be, and another staff member even helped me carrythe order to my car. Nice and clean establishment. I ordered an Island Fresh and it was good. My only concern is when I payed with my card the... machine is defaulted to give an 18% tip which I did not catch until after I authorized the payment. I find that a littledeceptive especially when the receipt doesn?t give you the grand total of what you paid. I also find it a little redundantbecause there is a tip box as well in front of register. I am not against tipping. I?ve worked in food service for more than 10years. I lived on it, but I earned it on hard effective work and not from a default setting. I just think that setting shouldchange on the machine. Ultimately it?s not too big a deal. I didn?t expect to tip since it was my first time there and wanted totry it out. If I was a repeat customer and developed a good rapport with servers I then would be very much willing to tip. Ilove good service. Read more
Pregnancy cravings looking for a Tropical Smoothie found that Wayland Farms had taken over so I purchased a Very BERRY smoothie... which cost a total of $8.64 two days later I get a charge update on my cash app for a tip I never authorized and when I calledthe manager had an awful attitude saying there was an option the guy at the counter told me to sign nothing more I never saw theoption of tip percentage giving smh lesson learned I will never return to that horrible place the smoothie DISGUSTING!!!! I ordered Wayland Fresh for the second time today and I had to come on here to shout them out. I've never eaten at the location... as both times I ordered from grubhub but the food is prepared with care, the ingredients are incredibly fresh and the portionsize was perfect. Very satisfied and will make it a point to stop in to check them out in person! Read more
The Acai bowls, smoothies, wraps, and salads are pretty good here. It?s basically the only place in the Wayland square area with... this type of healthy fast food. My main complaint is with the staff. First, I have celiac disease and always order a GF wrap.One time they gave me a regular wheat wrap. Thank goodness I had been here before and knew that it was the wheat wrap and notthe GF wrap, otherwise I would have been sick for weeks. Second, they close MUCH earlier than the 6pm closing time. I haveshowed up three times at about 5:35-5:40pm, and the doors were all locked. Every time the staff see me trying to open the doorsthey just stare at me and sometimes start laughing. They should really publish on the website that they close at 5:30pm and not6pm because that is when the staff decide to close. Read more
