Had the jasmine tea palmer, fried cauliflower, tomato ramen, and mapo tofu ramen. It was all pretty tasty. The jasmine tea... palmer was really refreshing and not overly sweet (how I prefer it). The tomato ramen was something different and tasty(probably wouldn't get it again). The mapo tofu ramen was rich and creamy. It was really enjoyable, but not spicy and not at alllike mapo tofu. Got super stale chicken in this so-called ?chicken katsu?. Waiter Zack was nice and said he would swap it out with some other... item on the menu. Owner then came out and put down two checks without saying anything, which left us sitting there for 20minutes thinking we were gonna get something else. I order 3 times a week from this place (not because the food was good, it?stolerable and within walking distance, which really tells you about the selection of Asian restaurants here). It was a very cold day in Providence and I needed something warm. Ramen? Perfect! I ordered hot sake first. Then, fried gyoza... and pork ramen. They were really good with reasonable price. In NYC, ramens are really expensive and not really good even atJapanese places. I also got talking to the friendly waitress. She was really nice. I would like to come back here again. Read more
First time trying this place and it was very good!!! Food was fresh and delicious and the service was very friendly. I had the... Bahn Mi sandwich and the Beef Brisket Ramen. I also had a Vietnamese Iced Coffee. Definitely will return and highly recommendthis place to try. Read more
Friendly staff with good food. Points of improvement: 1. Don't mixmatch the karrage chicken bits. Feels like Parts were cut up... and refried or heated up because I can't find the other half of the parts. 2. $16 for spicy beef ramen that wasn't reallyramen.. it was a mix of taiwanese beef noodle and pho with ramen noodles. 3. Chicken in the sando was good. But I woulddefinitely have it constructed so that the chicken is the size of the bun. There are parts of the chicken sando that's cut up atthe edge. I understand that it was trying to be squarish. But it's sloppy anyways, so just leave it on. Good points, fastservice, quick turn around, something's do taste good. We ordered the fried cauliflower and the pork belly buns to start. Husband had black bean ribs with a side of noodles and I had... the kimchi ramen. Everything was tasty, but the pork belly buns were outstanding!! Whenever you have the choice to add an egg,do so!! The soft boiled eggs, with creamy centers are a picture! This is a small, unpretentious place with indoor and outdoorseating. Service was good and the portions generous. With your time and money!! Read more

Please get a working phone. When I wanted to order online, it said that the restaurant is not taking online orders. I know they... are open based on hours online. So I called multiple times. No response. I decided to just place the order in person because Ido like the food so much. This has been a problem for many months so I wasn?t too surprised. I placed an order for Tom yumramen, one chicken and shrimp. I get home and I see that there is no shrimp in the broth for shrimp Tom yum ramen. It?s okaythey forgot, even though they wrote on the container (see below). I called again to notify them of my situation and see if theycould do anything to remedy it. They again did not pick up. It is disappointing that I can?t get a response. I am a loyalcustomer. I know things are busy and mistakes happen. But I would like some compensation for my incomplete order that I paid forin full.
