They were out of some pretty basic items, such as: cups, syrup, food, and ... management and logistics. They were able to cobble... together the requested coffee, which was made wrong. Nothing special - ordered off the in store menu with no customizations.They entered it right (labels were right), but they couldn't get it over the finish line, although I appreciate the effort. Friendly staff but always overwhelmed. The store is very narrow, making it cramped and crowded. A poorly designed layout also... has people picking up orders trying to navigate through the line of people ordering, creating an awkward dance routine. Seatingis available in an adjoining atrium.
