Great place to play pool with friends. Staff is very friendly and average prices. Parking isn't an issue. There's a separate... parking lot across the street and street parking. Read more

I only stopped in for a couple drinks. The service was great, the restaurant was very nice and clean, and the drinks were... reasonably priced and really good. I would love to try dinner here at another time. Read more

First time going here food was good, the vibes were good.... but my drinks were super lite like 90%10%alcohol would have given 5... stars but that was the only reason we stopped in to grab drinks. Unfortunately we left and went to a different bar with greatdrinks Read more

We called ahead to ask if they had the network on which a specific Premiere League (soccer) fixture was being played. They had... it on and a held a table by the screen for us. Our server was top notch (was training someone new in the use of the handheldelectronic ordering system), efficient, and friendly. Additionally, that handheld ordering system accepts credit cards. Checkoutis fast and secure. Food was tasty, as were the beer options for the beer drinkers at the table. It was a seamless experiencethat was great on a travel day! Read more

I had a pretty good experience here with new friends. Food was above average (pizza was fine, but the pork nachos were... delicious), drinks were good, and ambience was nice. However, we had to wait over an hour for an open pool table which wasrough. Read more

Edit after the response from Snookers owner below: I honestly don't know why my kind and polite review of your restaurant... results in such a snide and insulting response from you. I get no pleasure from leaving a review for a restaurant over 1000miles from me that I will never have the opportunity to visit. I only did so for a good friend who lives in Rhode Island andwho's loathe to leave negative commentary that might make people upset. She's was quite displeased with the food she receivedand was willing to just walk away, but given the cost of the order, I offered to write a review with her guidance so othersmight be aware her experience. As you can see from my past Google reviews, I leave only positive commentary and that's forservice that goes above and beyond. If I encounter sub-par service, I deal with it there and then and without exception, apologies are made, the problem is corrected and everyone walks away happy. By your snide commentary regarding the places I'veleft reviews in the past, you seem to think you and your restaurant is superior by nature to other food service businesses outthere. Looking at your website, your place honestly seems like a rather nice bar & grill but but nothing really different fromthe 10's of thousands of bar & grill's out there already. I'm glad you said "However, sometimes we will fail. We’re humanafter all. If this is the case, we again will do everything in our power to fix the issue and make it up to you." After yourresponse to me, my friend left a review of her own directly addressing her issue. I trust you will contact her soon to apologizefor the pizza she received and will do what you can to retain her as a happy customer. If the rest of your diners are aspleased with your menu as your reviews indicate, I trust you'll have a wonderful future. If on the other hand, other customersreceive poorly made food and wish to write a negative review with their friends or family's assistance, I hope you'd be more Read more
