Ben knows what's up! The pea ravioli with mint was outrageously good! Bacon burger was perfection. I had a delicious glass of... wine, or two ????????????. Ryan(bartender) was a ????. If you're single like me, and don't feel like going out to eat at a cozy, intimate place, don't fear. I felt safe and at 'home'. I want to go back tomorrow. Read more

I have been at Salted Slate many times and it never disappoints. The menu is carefully crafted and every dish is special. Today... we went to have breakfast and we had ricotta pancakes and salmon eggs benedict. The pancakes were adorned by fresh fruit andwere amazing. Egg benedict with salmon had capers and tiny sliced red onions. Our server Ryan was at the bar making crafteddrink and it was fascinating watching him: I wanted to order every single drink he made but it was too early to start, especially after the last night party. Ryan was professional and fun, cool and composed, you can talk to him about anything andhe was able to combine serving, crafting drinks and friendly talk. I wish we can go there every week. Instead, we go every otherweek! Bravo! Read more

Nice, cozy bistro in Wayland Square. I've been here multiple times with friends! I've only tasted their dinner menu once though,... the other times were for snacks and drinks. The cacio e pepe starter was probably my favourite dish of the night, well seasonedand creamy!! The main dishes are quite generous in portions, but I didn't particularly enjoy my lamb as much as I thought Iwould. They have a beautifully wide selection of wonderful wines. I love their charcuterie board, it is perfect for sharing. Iam obsessed with halloumi so I also got that starter to share when I was visiting with my cohort. Service is great and theambiance is perfect for a wine night. One of my favourite places to grab a drink in Providence! Read more

This is one of my favorite all-time places to eat in Providence Rhode Island and the East Side. The owner Ben takes great care... to have an eclectic outstanding menu and consistent offerings. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The Salted Slatehas one of the best bacon burgers I?ve ever had. The garden burger is fantastic as well and the meatballs are to die for. Agreat atmosphere and a great staff. Try them for brunch too! You will find I reasonably priced offerings and tasty fare. This isa must visit to this restaurant! Five stars all the way! Read more

Really cute place for outdoor dining right now. They have an awning so you're not in the direct sun, which made out lunch really... enjoyable. Had the charcuterie plate which had excellent mustard and we liked the copa. Also this panino was super good with afig spread on it. Also excellent fries! Read more

Finally got to try this spot & we weren't disappointed! Managed to get it on the last day of restaurant week which was nice as... we got to try a few things not offered on the regular menu. Our choices are listed below. Highly recommended. Service got a bitslow over the course of the evening and a few of our drinks were forgotten but that didn't take away from the deliciousness ofour meal. Read more
