This was the most horrible service we have received first we had to repeat what we wanted 3 times. My son wanted a chocolate... milkshake we told the girl 3 times what he wanted when we went to the pick up window they gave us a chocolate milk. We told thegirl we asked for a chocolate milkshake and she said we said chocolate milk I said no 3 times we wanted the milkshake and gaveus an attitude. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese, hash brown with a caramel frappe. There?s no egg, that?s not a frappe, and no hash brown.

This was one of my worst experiences with McDonald?s, I?m on line to buy drinks and requesting a bathroom token, their cashier... insisted that I must fully paid the meal in order to giving me the token for my family to access the bathroom, the cashier andmanger was so rude and even points me a middle finger, while there other customers inside the restaurant.
