I ordered 2 famous bowls, and the lady only heard me say 1 so because of her error, she said I had to go in the back of the line... and re order if I wanted it. so disrespectful the entire time she was rushing me to order my food when I nicely asked for just aminute. Although this location does have a drive-thru and parking, the parking is in a strange place that necessitates walking across... the busy drive-thru in order to get inside. Also, the drive-thru can only be accessed by going a particular way on the mainstreet. It cannot be accessed from the side so you actually have to go up and take a U-turn to access the oddly placeddrive-thru. And finally, this is probably the most ghetto KFC I've ever been in. Just in general the place is a mess and thepeople that frequent it are undesirable. I often like the food that I get here, but the chicken that I got here this time wasvery soggy. In fact there was nothing at all fried about the skin. It was kind of slimy and just slid off the chicken breasts.Also, they've changed a coleslaw since the last time I was there and it's nothing like the KFC coleslaw that you used to love.Very sad. I ordered a 3 piece order with fries and macaroni, a chicken sandwich and an order of popcorn chicken with fries and soda. Left... and came back 3 minutes later because I was one of the fries. The person at the window which was probably new made me show himand give him what I bought except the sodas and sandwich. Because I believe he did not believe I would come back after I spentover 25 dollars on my orders for the fries I was missing. His supervisor had my order inside for like 2 minutes trying to decidewhat to do and telling the new guy that next time to tell customers to go inside if they are missing anything. If I was sickwith anything contagious him and her would have shared my germs with everyone that bought anything after me in the drive thru. The line at this KFC is often long for the drive-thru and backs up onto North Main Street. The service at the window however is... quick and the workers are friendly. The food is made correctly but you do pay a premium for tasty food. Indoor dining isavailable but small and not many parking spaces. Read more
POOR ATTITUDE! Order was incorrect at drive through. Left and turned around immediately. I was met with Hostility and Poor... attitude. I am a Regional Manager for a large bank and was taken back by such rude and poor professionalism. I cannot totallyblame the drive through associates as it definitely seemed that they were a product of their environment. Poor training. Sorry to see the service is going way down as well as the quality of food. Wish KFC could re-evaluate there items and return to... the old way of doing business. If there is a problem, fix it not argue with the customer and act like the customer is theproblem when their order is incorrect. Poor customer service. Read more
