Drove 40 mins to try this pizza and it wasnt bad but definitely not the beat in the area! Garlic bread was very plain... good... crust and undercarriage but a little soggy and not good when re-heated Read more

Tried as part of November?s RI Food Fights. We got a general tso, a pepperoni and a bbq chicken (forgot to take pics of the... actual slices) ???? they were all pretty good but could?ve been hotter. I realize that many spots that sell slices have themalready there but then they need to be heated longer. Other than that though I?d try it again. The lady at the counter wasgreat! She took the time after handing us the pizzas to tell me about their sales posted on their website Read more

I was really a fan of Francisco?s, it?s a nearby local place and the food was really good. I often recommended it to other... neighbors and friends. However, after my experience tonight I won?t be returning. The employee at the front was rude, andperhaps the worst example of customer service In recent memory. I came in to pick up an online order and immediately she wasargumentative and basically calling me a liar when I said I had already paid for the order, and she claimed she didn?t have theorder (it was in the rail behind her). I showed her my online receipt and she huffed and stormed off and came back a littlewhile later with the order ? presumably she helped make it as I saw her looking in the freezer and going back and forth to thekitchen. When she brought the order, she was snide, and rude again. In all honesty, this put me on the defensive and I said afew things that I shouldn?t have, but at that point I was furious ( and was questioning the quality of the food I was given ?yeah, that actually went thru my head) Needless to say, whereas I have really enjoyed Francesco?s, I will never return. This hasbeen a very difficult time for small restaurants, and this is not the way to treat customers and retain them. You can do better. Read more

Honestly the bottom was partially burnt and it's ok. But I wouldn't rated it the best. And I grew up in pizzas parlors and... restaurants. Worked in plenty of them all the way back to my aunt's restaurant. Lucille's pizza. It's a guarantee once wasenough. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 6. It's a shame bc the hype was better than the pizza Read more

Folks who deliver through a service need to stop blaming Francesco?s for the temperature of the pizza. They are not responsible... for the timing of deliveries?the app you choose makes that determination. Now, that being said, this is a real family ownedItalian American corner pizza place just like you?d find in NYC or Brooklyn. Mom, son, wife, they all take part. The pizza sauceis homemade, tangy and bright like a New York slice with a thin crisp crust that has a nice crusty bread taste. YES?they havevegan cheese! YES?they have gluten free pizza. I suggest stopping in for a slice?no tables inside but there are benches on thesidewalk. Otherwise order a pizza to go and pick it up yourself, and say hi to the folks who work there. Small businesses likethis are one of the last places we can really build a sense of community and support?a place like this has honest prices andgood food (I have to try the homemade meatballs!) and is worthy of the community gathering around to support them! I'm in love with the way and what they use to make their pizzas. The general sous Pizza is amazing And Customer service is super... friendly. My new favorite is their Sweet Hot with a unique spicy honey glaze. It's basic a pep and sausage pizza withjalapenos and onion. It has a perfect kick for their who love heat in their food. Taking a bite of the Sweet Hot is anexplosive flavor experience, warm red sauce with toppings first then a kick of the heat from the honey at the end. Read more
