Update: The store is no longer understaffed. It?s just staffed with a mix of some nice and some very rude and slow employees.... You may need a solid 15-20 minutes to order and get your food/coffee if there?s more than a few people in the store. Read more
Extremely poor customer service! Went in to grab breakfast and was told by a rude employee that they don't have any hot food,... that everything is frozen. She was rude and not apologetic for not having what I wanted at all and acted like if I wasdisturbing her! Seriously?!?!?! There was even another employee in the back talking very loudly on the phone using profoundlanguage! Extremely unprofessional and I highly do not recommend this place at all!!!!! Worst worst dunking in Providence ri from the workers to the way they run the store waited 30 for 2 dunuts they where worrying ... about the online order than the costumers. Very slow service especially if your ordering food. I was almost late for work because the girl wasn't paying attention to the... food screen and didnt make my food until I brought it to her attention and I asked for bacon on my avocado toast and I waslooking forward to it I got to work and nothing! No bacon! So sad. But they aren't rude just need to consider that people comingin at quater to 7am are on their way to work and a sense on urgency should be out into consideration and also part to ingattention to detail. I like this one more than the other ones because they make my order the right way. And on top of all that my youngest daughter... works there and will be the manager one day.and she knows how to make the coffee just right. Read more
Their BEST location anywhere! The older lady who is the cashier in the morning is probably one of the sweetest people I have... ever met. The other older lady who hands you your order is also a darling. The place is spotless and the location is convenientto the buses. Read more
