I was there at approx 5:25 today,ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel"untoasted"girl toasted it,then her&her coworker were acting... suspicious, I was on my way to work,asked if there was a prob girl at counter said "she didn't see that it wasn't supposed to betoasted,and toasted it,"I said "it's fine,just give it to me,with the strawberry cream cheese,I will fix it when I get towork....Got to work,"Bagel was not only toasted,it was pretty much burnt,way darker than "normal "toasting ",and on top of thatit was all "dried out like it had been toasted earlier, and then not taken, so given to me!!...."So hard I couldn't even eatit!!????????????......"THANKS!!...."HORRIBLE SERVICE, I WANTED TO TALK WITH A MANAGER,CALLED REPEATEDLY, BUT NO ONEANSWERS!!...."HORRIBLE...NOT THE 1ST TIME FOR A MESS UP THERE!!...."GET SOME REAL WORKERS,NOT KIDS PLAYING GAMES!!.... Yesterday I asked for a chocolate glazed doughnut and they gave me a chocolate frosted one instead and today instead of giving... me 2 chocolate glazed doughnuts I got 2 chocolate frosted ones, whoever is messing up my order I hope you get fired and sufferin hell for giving me this disgusting plain doughnut with chocolate over it . This is the Dunkin donuts that you buy your 1st coffee of the day... Unfortunately it's the 2nd Dunkin donuts down the road that... has to make remake it so that it's drinkable! Read more
After giving multiple attempts for this dunkin to get my drink right (large iced vanilla spice with 8 scoops of powder, whole... milk, and light ice), I will never return. Service was not great and seemed as if we were a bother for being costumers there andwhen THEY got my drink wrong and I nicely asking to add more scoops they were hesitant to fix their mistake. Recent dunkins I'vebeen to have had no issues with making my correct drink and I will continue to go to that one instead. Read more
I don?t recommend this dunkin all the staff in the drive thru are very rude. Unless you wanted to be talked to with attitude the... this is the place for you. Not only are they disrespectful they still get your order wrong. Read more
I just went there just now I asked the girl through the drive-thru for a medium mint hot chocolate with whipped cream she pauses... for a second and then she's like okay and I asked her for the Halloween donuts and she told me that they didn't have any andthey only had one specific donut so I said okay I will get two of those and I proceeded to the window she hands me a regular hotchocolate with no whip cream and says that they have other selected donuts and told me what the donuts were so I got one of eachdifferent one and my hot chocolate isn't labeled and it was filled halfway I will not be back to this Dunkin Donuts it was myfirst time here and my last not to mention the woman at the window looks high as a kite on October 15th at 6:45 p.m. Read more
Wife and I stopped in around 630 pm 8-15-21 super service staff was very pleasant and nice the two young ladies was very nice... polite they even said thank you for your service and God bless you and have a blessed night that's great after a place to dothat I will recommend this place and I will be back 100%.
