Came here twice. The first time they were out of chicha morada, the second time they didn't have the amazonico chaufa. I don't... like the cooked ceviche. I prefer it more like they do in Peru- Fresh and clean tasting. The raw ceviche here seems like it isleft in lime juice too long and then the texture of the fish changes. Service was very slow the second time. We ordered twoentrees but only one came out. A floor manager came by to see what was wrong and they then realized our order was never placed.He promised to comp our dessert but upon paying we noticed that they didn't. The food is decent and could use smallimprovements. The service is very chaotic and needs improvement. Also, if you promise to comp a customer for a mistake by therestaurant it should be honored. Got to eat here yesterday 07.31.22. The food was delicious!!! We’re used to eating at Ceviche 105 in downtown Miami and we... were very happy our dinner was just as good here! Even though this restaurant has just been opened for a few days, there are afew kinks to work through process wise, but the food is AMAZING and drinks were good! Our server Alexis was very attentive.
