Only place without music I've been to in Providence so far.
A truly lovely café filled with the energy of RISD students. It is usually busy, so count for at least waiting in line for a... few minutes, but the coffee and the pastry are really good. If you are not a student, i.e., a faculty or a staff member, pleasehave some cash so that you can tip. There is no way to tip with a card (I think the contractor has to fix this). Read more

Very busy but yummy foods and coffee
Fantastic. They made me the best iced mocha I've had since I've been back in the US, exactly to order, and the bagels are great.... They have less wasteful packaging than most places these days, too; not super-eco, but they haven't completely given up, likemost coffee places in New England. And there are lots of places to plug in a laptop and chill by a window. I'll definitely beback. Read more
