I?ve had this location a few times. Order has always been on time and correct. The reason they?re getting less stars is the same... reason everyone else gives less stars: $$$$, portions, and closing early/opening late. For example: I bought a deluxe tunafootlong which is 1.5x meat for $17 here. I bought a pro tuna footlong which is 2x meat in Kennewick for $12. Choices arelimited in Prosser, but steer clear of this one if can! Read more
Google said they open at 9:30. Came at 10 and a sign was posted saying new hours were 10-9. Doors are still locked 15 minutes... after they said they were open. Read more

My parents and I were passing through. My mom got a breakfast Flatbread sandwich with beef and egg. My mom took two bites and... the meat tasted gamy. The egg had a weird "wet-kind" of flavor to it. The store had only one employee who was not properly trained. We had made an on line order which was supposed to be ready at... 5:45. It was not ready when we arrived at almost 6:00. We ordered a breadless bowl and he did not know what it was. They alsowere down to only wheat bread, no others. He ignored the on line orders and continued to help the in store customers. He hadto call someone to refund an on line order when he told that customer he would wait on the in store clients first. Where wasthe manager? Although all subway franchises have the same ingredients and menu not all subways sandwiches are identical. Sometimes you get... places where the staff hears you and customizes the sandwich just to your liking. Unfortunately this is not one of these places.This place was okay, but I?m not raving about it. Very expensive lunch for a Subway. $12 for a meatball sub! Eat somewhere else and save your money. My kids like Subway but... we spend $60 on 5 meatball subs. I didn't even look at the price before we ordered since we eat at subway all the time andhave never paid close to that. Read more
Extremely disappointed with our visit today. They were out of all breads except a few loads of white and wheat. They were also... out of pepper jack cheese. Our sandwiches were toasted but barely lukewarm. For a footlong, one 6" sandwich, 3 bags of chipsand a small protein bowl, our total was $47. Definitely NOT worth that price.
