This was such a great experience, fantastic wines, a great venue and most important the service was impeccable. Michelle was so... inviting and friendly and had a wealth of information about wines and wine making. An experience no one should miss whenvisiting Prosser! Read more

Vacillating between 3 and 4 stars. We recently visited and were impressed by the tasting room and facilities but the kitchen was... closed due to staffing issues. It happens a lot these days but more notice would have been nice since it's not within walkingdistance of restaurants. The staff in the tasting room were stellar! The rooms are gorgeous and the bottle of wine is a nicetouch but our room was above the highway and it was SO loud that neither of us slept a wink. This room should be discounted! Atthe very least give people a heads up and provide ear plugs! It's especially frustrating since there was an open room on theother side of the building. Again, it was extremely clean and the staff were great. For the money though, it was prettydisappointing. Read more

What a gorgeous spot! The overnight accomodations were magnificent, the wine (we only got into the reds) is is exquisite, and... the staff is BEYOND COMPARISON! Lizze talked with us throughout the wine tasting, and really made us feel at home. What anatural in customer service, service, hospitality. We'd go back JUST to see her! Lacey was super helpful, sweet disposition, and added greatly to the experience. Eyden working to get everything ready for the holiday weekend, and did it with a smile anda great disposition! As great as the accommodations and wine are, it's the staff that sets this place apart. Before we left webooked our next stay.... Can't wait! Read more

We stayed here one night in late August. The room is amazing and gets 5 stars. It's also nice that included with your stay is a... bottle of wine from their vineyard and breakfast. The downside was that the restaurant was closed because the cook quit. That'sfine, it happens, but they didn't tell us beforehand. The only reason we found out is because we tried several times to make areservation with no response to our voicemails. We did finally get a hold of someone one night before our arrival, who told usthe munu was limited to two items. It ruined the inclusive "winery" trip we were looking for because we had to drive into townfor dinner and couldn't enjoy wine before or with our dinner. Also the spa was temporarily closed which we were not told untilwe arrived. They should have told us before we came that the restaurant and spa were closed. We are disappointed that we paid$400 for the night and did not get what was advertised. Read more

Good ambience and service but I have had better food in other places. Kale salad was over dressed and the Steak was over cooked.... Olives didn?t work well with the steak gravy. Read more

Three stars for past experiences only. This last experience on spring barrel tasting week was complete BS. Walked in and paid... $16 per person to get a tasting of rose and then were not even told the barrel tasting ended a couple minutes later at 5pm. Ifyou?re wrapping things up for the day, don?t charge people for the event at the door?Feel like we got completely ripped off. Read more
