Really excited about trying out out my first Smashburger. Pictures demonstrate a cut above burger shop. Ordered Smoked Bacon... Brisket burger. Substantial burger. I tried ordering it MR but was told they come as they are. Result: brisket was as dry,tough, and hard as marinated saddle leather. The burger was well done and I mean ?no juices left? bacon was good but not enoughto carry this dry, jerky burger. Pickles weren?t crisp but dry. Tried sweet and regular fries that were thin and unremarkable.Salvation was our Diet Coke that made a hard to swallow dry burger easier to go down. They could have made this so great with asimple focus on quality control. I?ll probably give them a second chance. Read more
I feel bad for leaving three stars, but the place is far from clean. The food was great and I have attached photos, but the... further away from the front door you get, the worse the cleanliness becomes. There is even a weird smell in the place, verynoticeable to the extent that we ate outside on their patio, which ironically was very clean. I like the smashburger Chain andthe food was up to standard, but the place definitely needs to at least clean the build up around door handles and chairs. Sadto see this as it makes you not enjoy your meal. For $24 per person, might as well go a sit down place like Gloria's. Read more
Came in to dine in, 3 girls in the front and I?m standing right in their faces and there?s no acknowledgement. Waited for a good... 2 minutes in silence for them to tell the girl in the register which was ducked scrolling trough her phone to take my order meanwhile a line piles up behind me. She has her airpod in the whole time she?s taking orders and walking into the kitchen, airpodcould easy fall into food ect. All 3 of them where super rude and unhelpful. While the girl with purple hair is ?cleaning thestore? she?s slamming hard the chairs into place. I finally get my order slammed in my table and they in purpose left my drinkin the counter for me to have to go pickup while I can clearly see them gossiping in the corner, i go over and again all withbacks turned away from counter and no acknowledgement . I work in retail as a store manager and this bad behavior is unaceptable, look in camera 9/17/22 around 12:36-50 and you?ll see it all unfold. Other customers where annoyed as this behavioras well. Cooks also have their airpod ins. TM?s should be there to help customers and at least do the bare minimum well. Ifthey don?t like to serve public they shouldn?t be there. Super disappointed in this place. I walked in at 11:30 am and not a single person was inside the place that I could see. I stood... there for many minutes waiting to place an order. I noticed the QR code to order your meal from their app at the registers,perhaps this is now replacing actual staff members. It would explain the help wanted sign out the door. Who knows how long itwould have taken to have my food given to me if ordered via the app but I wasn't going to stand around and wait forever to findout. Not giving my business to an establishment that can't keep their staff. Their doors shouldn't be opened if they can'tattend to customers. Read more
Stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. I had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with fries and a fountain drink. The Grilled... Chicken Sandwich was beyond my expectations. It was very tasty and flavourful. Served hot and French Fries were hot and freshtoo. The condiments bottles were filled up too. The dining room was clean and some TVs ???? to watch too. The bathroom ????was very clean too. This Smashburger also has a patio out back for outdoors dining. Over all a good dining experience at thisSmashburger in Prosper, TX. If I could rate my experience here today I?d give it zero stars but sadly I can?t. Horrible, I?ve been to this location before... and never had a problem until now. I took off a few vegetables on my burger and one of the dressing that it had on it. They gaveme a dry burger with meat and bacon only when that?s not what I asked for. Also it wasn?t even that busy when I placed my order.People in the kitchen need to know how to read or they shouldn?t work in the kitchen. To start they were all children running a restaurant. Not smart. The girl at the register had the biggest attitude! Very poor... customer service. Now about the food my daughters cheeseburger was pink in the middle. Was there no temperature check? It?s notlike they ask how would you like it cooked. I finally realized this after she said she was finished. I didn?t check her food whywould I when I expect it to cooked through. This location seems to be falling off new management needed and adults need to beavailable to help teens/young adults do their jobs properly. I understand this is a 1st job for many but the company will beheld liable for their mistakes? do better. Read more
Disappointed. We spent $100 and the quality of the six burgers and sides we ordered were some of the worst I?ve ever had. And... I?ve had a lot. Tiny order of sides and every burger was dry as a hockey puck. Save yourself the disappointment. Read more
