The staff was amazing and wait time was fast! I thought the quality of the food was ok, I did not like the fries

My wife placed an order online and there was some confusion when she got home we realized it was the wrong order. She called the... store and was greeted by Sam and offered a couple options. I went back to the store and talked with Sam. He was awesome andsuper friendly from the moment he started to help me. His attitude and energy was great. I appreciate people like Sam. Most beautifully designed Raising Cane?s I?ve seen! Same great food and service as all of the other locations:-)

We go here all the time and never have an issue till this time. First they said my card wouldn?t work, so I went next door to... chase and got cash, no biggie. We came back thru less than a minute later and they had our order ready, but upon arriving athome we saw that it was not correct. All the kids meals were missing sauce, our box combos had slaw instead of extra sauce(#noslawforus) and the drink carrier they gave us was not put together correctly. It literally dropped all 4 drinks the second Ipicked it up and exited my car. So now I?m covered in delicious lemonade with nasty slaw, and ketchup that?s covered in someunknown sticky substance. Also the gentleman (or or transperson* at window with blue nails) was very very rude. I called andtalked to pearl and was told they would only replace my 2 box combos or we could get a refund if we go back up there. I justspent 40$ there to be told to come back for a third time. 2 box combos and 3 kids meals. Would be nice if someone would actuallymake this right, but guess we will just settle with them remaking ours. #cantwaitforchickfilainprosper Read more

Do one thing, do it well. This definitely applies to the folks at Cane?s. They have mastered the chicken strip formula. Nice... upscale fast food restaurant with first class service. Below are the highlights 1. Perfect chicken tenders 2. Addictive Cane?ssauce. Be sure to ask for extra 3. Crispy crinkle cut fries 4. Love the Texas toast, coleslaw, and lemonade I am from Louisianawhere I believe Cane?s started. Very happy to have this location so close to home.
