Absolutely the worst drive thru and worst service I?ve ever experienced. Was about 5 cars back when we arrived about 10 minutes... before noon on Sunday, 11/13/2022 and took 20 minutes to order, another 10 to get to the window where the girl taking paymentwas all attitude about a simple menu question. To top it off, we waited another 25 minutes to get our order, which turned outnot to be spicy when we got home with cold food. This is not a post COVID problem, this is an ownership and management problem.Close these doors and save us all!!! Read more
This Popeyes is yuck. I went at 6 pm and the drive through was closed. Why at 6pm? Only the inside was open. I went inside the... child at the front had no idea what was going on. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich and they were out of buns. What?!?!?! SoI had to order chicken tenders. The chicken tenders tasted like they was out under the heat for days. They were also out of alldesserts. Idk how this Popeyes has passed health inspection but this is the worst one I've been too. Need better workers whoactually know how to run a store. Read more
It seems the staff is doing their best, but the drive through was closed/broken. Someone is in training and it took 20 mins... before I could get my order in. When I did order, they were out of what I wanted. Corporate needs to support or pay their staffbetter. I love the food, but won't go back to this location. Read more
My husband and I came to the drive thru really looking forward to eating some Popeyes tonight. The hours online say 10am-11pm.... We got there at 10:20pm, 40 minutes before they close and no one answered. The dining room was closed which is expected but if Ican clearly see a truck and two cars in the parking lot then either they ignored our attempts to get their attention or closedearly. Just horrible. No toilet paper or paper towels in bathroom. No straws. After waiting 10 minutes for my order and seeing other... customers leaving with theirs I went to ask about my order. All the employees were chatting and having fun and paying customersno attention whatsoever. They forgot to make my order. After waiting another 5 minutes for them to box my order I left. Noapology or explanation. Once I got home and opened the box I discovered they put 17 nuggets in my 8 nugget order.
