***Updated Review*** 10.5.22 Upgrading review to 4 stars as the last time we went the store had been cleaned up, trashed... furniture thrown out, etc. MUCH better! Glad to see they applied feedback. Several other reviews have mentioned the same thing,so glad I?m not alone. My daughter loves this place, so we go, and it?s always been less than clean to put it nicely but thelast time we went ( May 2022) it was particularly dirty. They need to go ahead and just trash the filthy couches and disgustingfaux leather chairs. They?re just gross. Only wipeable furniture should enter this establishment. And it should be wiped downfrequently. Frequently as in after every use. I get it?s a froyo place and lots of young kids spill, but come on. The floor issticky, the tables and chairs are sticky, I didn?t even want to touch the handle to get my froyo. I didn?t put toppings on myfroyo this time either because they all seemed old and gross, particularly the fresh fruit. You can see a sticky film residueon every surface. Not that hard to grab a towel and a spray bottle of all purpose cleaner and give it a quick wipe down. Theyneed a check list system with employee sign off at certain intervals throughout the day to ensure that place stays clean. Read more

As I sit here waiting for my kiddos to finish their yogurt I can?t help but feel disgusted. Feel like it used to be cleaner but... this place is filthy. There was one girl filling stuff up behind the counter, another employee sitting chatting with a guy anda long haired kid that hasn?t stopped starting at his phone sitting behind the counter except for when he needs to check someoneout. He has had his headphones in the entire time. The floor is disgusting. Even though there are only 8 or so people, youcan hardly sit at any table because it has yogurt and toppings left over from previous patrons. The entire time we were here(45 min), nobody touched a thing. Again, one day hopefully we come back and see it changed. I certainly appreciate giving highschoolers jobs, but there should still be a minimum levels of expectations as an employee of a company. Good luck, but we aredone here for now? side note, and why it?s not one star, the yogurt is good. You just have to wonder how sanitary all thetoppings are. Read more

As many others here have rightly mentioned, the yogurt is good?I mean?have you ever been to one of these where the yogurt isn?t... good?but the place is dirty, the furniture is dirty and worn out, and the ownership/employees are not taking care of the place.If the accommodations are so filthy, makes you wonder what is going on in the kitchen and how often the yogurt machines arecleaned??! We have been several times and it is getting worse and worse. The young lady behind the counter was basically on herphone sitting down the whole time. Remember the old saying, ?If you have time to lean you have time to clean??? I think me andmy family will give this place some time to clean before we come back?if we come back at all. Good yogurt but the inside seating area is not clean. I understand they serve sticky food but you could tell the place had not... been cleaned in awhile. These photos are from the discussing couch in the corner by the front door. Couch slip cover lookedlike it had been dragged across the parking lot, every table base had sticky residue all over them and the window sill had abouthalf an inch of dust and dead bugs on it.
