Most steakhouses can't understand rare. Look at this ribeye steak. These fajitas were beyond good! And EVERYTHING WAS SO FRESH!
Sunday night, place was very busy. Very friendly, but needed more staff, fajitas & coke are over $20 per person. Meat has good... flavor, salsa and Pico were spicier than most places, really good bean dip with the chips & salsa. Had to request sour creamwith fajitas. I have a short lunch date with my wife at Mi Luna. They have great food here. The environment isn't the greatest but the... atmosphere and service are good so you can really enjoy your food. I will definitely give them a 4.5 to 5 stars rating if theydid the doneness right for our food. I ordered a medium ribeye steak and my wife ordered a salmon salad. Both are slightly overcooked. We also ordered one salmon salad for my daughter, and man, that one not only over cooked but also burnt. The reasons Ididn't give them a negative rating are that I really like the flavors and the tastes. I believe they have good potential and wewill definitely come back and enjoy their food and service. It wasn?t anything to brag about, nothing stood out, I paid 10$ for a lunch trio of tostadas, the literally fried a corn... tortilla and plopped guacamole on it and one with cheese and one with beans, the one with beans was topped with lettuce tomatoesand cheese. This place is consistently awesome. Their service is great and their queso ( with mushrooms especially) is absolutely best I've... ever had. Also great place to take someone who is on the fence with Tex Mex food. Even their table chips and salsa also comewith a delicious and non spicy black bean dip for those who may just not enjoy salsa or peppers. They also have a guavamargarita which I've never seen before and is really, really good. Worth the trip. Read more
