Worse service I ever had at this company. The employee was rude and disrespectful and was to lazy to make a shake because she... wanted to sit down and watch her show. You can see her watching her show in the dinning room of the store. She got the main foodcorrect but, didn't want the extra clean up. Read more
Pro?s: Clean restaurant. Good food. correct order. Cons: This location is employee focused more than customer focused. Walked... in and 3 different employees looked towards me for a good 2 minutes. Finally, one of them walked over to the register and juststared at me. ?Hi? would be nice. The lobby is quiet and has no music, but behind the counter? Full blown fiesta. 2 large orders of egg rolls, 2 side salads, and 2 orders of breakfast with eggs and sausage. No sweet and sour sauce, no salad... dressing, and only 2 forks to share between 4 people. Just seems like nobody gives a damn about customer service anymore. Read more
Pretty hit or miss for food. But I still always go back! I love vanilla Dr pepper!! Sometimes the service is really good and... friendly, other times they are rude and seem "over it". Either way, they still make fresh food. Read more
Got home and had ordered two tacos but they were cold. Went to open the package and found a bite already taken out of the taco.... Explains why they were cold. If someone returns food JB please throw it away and not send out to another customer. Read more
