Donuts were stale Employees sneezing near food Not clean on the inside Slow service

They made me perfect mocha frozen coffee. This is my favorite dunkin Donuts right by my collage.

This Dunkin is one of the worst I?ve been to. I ordered two drinks. One of them, they didn?t have, so I ordered another for that... one drink. He messed up both of my drinks, refused to fix the order, and refused to give me my money back. I tried one of thecoffee drinks and it tasted like I ordered a milkshake for my 3 year old. I used to work in food business. I understand thatthings happen, but when you insist that you?re right and refuse to listen to the costumer to simply get their order right whenyou neglected to give a receipt, I don?t understand how you?re able to keep your business running. This place has really fallen off. My hubs went and ordered two coffees. They gave us a totally different order. I go back and... they still can?t make a small iced coffee with cream and TWO pumps of butter pecan. What I received was had so much flavor syrupin it it tasted like alcohol. Super sad cause this was our go to spot. Won?t be going back. Read more

Coffee is fresh here. It is busy but that is not their fault. I always order mobile orders and it is always accurate here. If... a Dunkin has fresh coffee I will always come back and that is why I have made this Dunkin my regular. Read more

Tasty food, friendly service Stopped here for a coffee on our way back to the Trenton airport. Had the Cold Brew with a sweet... foam. Courtney of the staff was excellent and friendly, knowledgeable. Staff Recommended that I should try their Avocado toast. Would stop in again if in the area. It is a chain but surprisingly good - better than most. Prices very reasonable. Read more

I go here everyday around 4.30 am and the there are 2 Indian guys, take orders and make coffee. The one who take orders, is soo... rude, 0 customer service, every day, I go there because many DD s not open this time, but I still decided to go to 7 / 11 to getmy coffee as I can?t take these guys attitude. They act like we go to get food free or they just don?t want us there. I justhate this place because of these people, but after like 5.30 there is a nice girl who is very sweet and 100% customer service. Read more
