This is literally the best Subway I've ever been to. Mike is the nicest guy who is always there when I visit. He always... remembers my order and will never let me forget the side of giardinara that I always order for my husband. This location alsoaccepts all coupons, regardless of expiration. The actual owner (whose name I forgot - I only met him once) is a very nice guywho explained that his focus is on excellent customer service. Really rare for a fast food franchise owner. This location is near Wheeling High School, they got us quickly out the door! They have sodas but beside there is a machine that... has like fresh water with fruits (I liked it). The cookies are extremely thin, I like it a bit fat but not thin like smoosheddown thin, but I guess at least it was not a hard ???? cookie. With two meals both 1-foot long + 2 cookies + one drink = around$25, I believe. Read more
Absolutely hated my experience here. I come here at 9 PM and they are about to close. I told him I want a 6 inch sandwich. He... cut the bread and gives me the smaller half probably around 3 inches. And he keeps saying sure every single thing I told him. Iasked for more napkins and he gives me two more, I ordered two sandwiches. I can?t get more napkins? Why give me the smallerbread? Aren?t you gonna throw it out later? Or do the squirrels outside need a bigger piece? Ridiculous. Read more
I placed a catering order with this location for our organization's meeting. Throughout the entire process the manager was... extremely helpful and caring about our order making sure it would he the best for our group. When I noticed I had forgot to addsomething to the order and called a fee days ahead to add to the order it was no problem at all. It was set up for delivery andthe manager arrived at the arranged time to the minute (I happened to be looking at a clock when he walked in). He set upeverything as our meeting was running long. The sandwiches were made very well in a good display with a nice variety of saucesand toppings on the side. Everyone in our group enjoyed it with not one item left over. We will use again and highly reccomendfor an affordable catering option for meetings and events. Read more
This subway is on a busy highway but is not crowded even on peak hours. Service and food is what you would expect from a typical... Subway store. However, they don't accept coupons at this time, which is a bummer. Read more
