My wife went this particular Subway with a Groupon. I texted her in advance, saying what I wanted, to include a footlong... meatball sub. When she arrived home, she informed me that in order to make the sub a footlong rather than a 6? (which is whatthe Groupon prepaid for) was an extra SIX DOLLARS. How is that even possible? I don't know why I would expect something special there, but the meatball sandwich I ordered there on special was just horrible.... Why would anybody buy sandwiches at Subway is beyond me since you can easily prepare much better ones at home, at a fraction ofthe cost. I guess its the laziness of an average American and the convenience as well as persistent marketing and abundance ofthis chain. They offer a customer satisfaction survey that gives you a free drink or cookie after you complete it. No, thankyou so much for the offer. Yet I decided to take the survey to complain about this terrible sandwich with the usual sticky bun(always the case with their bread even toasted) and at this location: tasteless meat and a marinara sauce that does't even taste like tomatoes. I got a reply from the owner that he will take action as far as the quality of the food but didn't evenoffer to replace it. Go figure. Read more
No complaints. Subways located inside of a strip mall near Chicago Executive Airport. Restaurant was clean and food was fresh.... Everything was made to order. The staff were polite. No complaints. Service was fast. Read more
Ordered an Italian BLT, and got .... I don?t know.... minimal meat to be called a sandwich 2 thin ( see through) slices of... pepperoni, 2 slices of ham and 2 halves of thin cut provalone! It did not even cover the bread.... but the owner was generous wsalad, couple of tomatoes.... could not even taste the meat! When asked, the guy said that I should purchase double meat if Iwanted a decent sandwich! I?ve been ordering the same from different locations and never have I had this issue! Needless to sayhe lost my business! He should step up his game to stay in business! Read more
