I've been going to this location since it opened. I was very disappointed to find out that 2 of my favorite people are not going... to be there. To say that the place was not clean and the customer service is poor is like saying the Pope is Jewish. Whomevermade this decision made a very poor decision. Trish has a wonderful personalty and is very attentive. When it comes to doing herjob there is no one better. Scott is very intuned with what's going on and is the perfect choice for someone to run that place.The person who made that horrible review was not a nice person. She would literally ignore me when I would go in there. Istopped going when she was there because she was a mean and petty person. She drove away business. I really will have to thinkwhether I want to frequent your stores anymore. It's the people that are there that make me want to go there. Read more
Having spent money there myself while Trish has been working I've never noticed the place not to be clean or poorly attended.... Who ever this one customer is that left the one star review has no idea what they are talking about. Probably a disgruntledemployee, in which you should know Defamation/Libel is a crime. Solaia Tech., LLC v. Specialty Pub'g Co., 852 N.E.2d 825, 839(Ill. 2006). Look it up, otherwise great store, great employees. After having read that one star I had to leave my review. Read more
I?ve been in Stellas multiple times over the years and know of Trish from my years of being a customer. I?ve always seen her and... all the employee?s cleaning, disinfecting and going above and beyond with customer service. The customer service here and at allthe Stella?s in the area is top notch! Why was there a review from someone on here with 1 star saying this place doesn?t clean? On that said week, I was there over... that weekend more than once and I never saw any issues with uncleanliness.
