Pizza are always late. They have no sense of organization. They tell you 10 mins. You wait and behold. Pizza hasn?t been... started. They need new management Read more

Does Salernos always over cook their pizza. The cheese is always brown and the crust hard. I keep giving the another chance... because my husband loves their pasta but I think I am done with them. Read more

We live in Arlington Heights and can't find pizza we like that is until we discovered Salerno's Pizza. The extra thin crust is... to die for. The flavor is delicious. We dined outside and the service was 5 stars. We have tried a few things on the menu ascarry out and we loved everything we tried. Jay is one of two gentleman who deliver and we consider him Salerno's Ambassador.Very knowledgeable about the menu and a gracious guy! Try everything on the menu. You will not be disappointed! I ordered a cauliflower crust because of keto and they are the only ones to advertise it in the area. They even have it on... their website. When I got there they told me they didn't have it and gave me gluten free which is completely different. So I wascharged extra for something I did not want. When I asked how much was the difference they replied I didn't have to take it if Ididn't want it. I guess they don't have children waiting at home for pizza . Cauliflower crust is not the same as gluten free. They could've called me to let me know . I would've just paid for a regular pizza. Terrible customer service for average pizza. Read more

This place used to be terrific. Since new owner's & new management 3 year's ago the food has gone Severely Downhill. Almost all... food at this point is Unacceptable! The service is still great but I'm amazed at the lack of good food. Good job running asuccessful business into the ground. With Giacomo's & Little Villa in the area I don't expect Salerno's to be around muchlonger. ???? Read more

First time there and definitely going back. Service was excellent. Staff is friendly. Got a build your own 12inch which would... have been enough for 2. I personally didn't like the crust but girlfriend did...lots of topping options. Ours had shrimp...idkif its cooked there or if they use the store bought pre cooked...it looked raw but tasted good. I got the pork chop versuvio orwhatever which they charge $1.95 extra for with a side of mostaccioli in meat sauce which was free! Chops were dry and both thatand potatoes it comes with were flavorless. Also got mozzarella sticks which were not so good or maybe it was the sauce, stillcan't figure that one out. But portions are good. About $25 a person with drinks. Not sure if fountains drinks are free or ifthey do free refills but got both done during my visit then again we were the last table of the night. My review generallysounds bad but I will definitely find myself back there to try some more items. Have to give it a try. Read more
