I go to this location regularly because it's close to work. I always order and pay with the app for a streamlined drive-thru... experience. A few years ago they seemed to be struggling, but things are coming back together for them. The dining room has beenrenovated and reopened and there have been some staff changes. The drive-thru line moves much better than it used to and thestaff is always very friendly. The food is what you would expect from a McDonald's franchise. Read more
This location is always great. I hit the drive-thru yesterday to grab lunch and my sandwich was perfect. The lady at the first... window is always amicable. My only gripe is the gentleman working the second window missed a couple things and seemed confused;he was nervous and I could tell he probably just started working there so all is forgiven because I could also tell he wastrying his best. This is by far the worst McDonalds. I have been there a handful of times in the last year, and every time I do I ask myself, why... did I come here again? There is a 5% your bun will not be rock hard. There is a 1% chance your order will be correct. There isa 50% chance the pre-packaged items will not be expired. Such a mess. You know that bun is hard and you know you wouldn't eatit, so why give it to customers? If the apples are expired and brown, why put them in a Happy Meal? That's gross. Waited in drive thru FOREVER... THEY AREN'T TAKING ORDERS AT THE SCREEN!!! Only taking orders at the last window where your are... supposed to get your food... It's McDonald's, consistent like most. Food was hot and accurately made. I did have a custom order it came correct. Typically... kept cleaner than most. Fairly easy to get in and out of. Quick access to the interstate within a few minutes. Read more
Employees hiding so you think they are closed at 9pm. When they finally take your drive thru order 5 employees roll out from the... back. Only got one of the two sandwiches we ordered and our fry container was only half full. While waiting for our food thegirl in the window could be heard complaining that another car pulled up. We had to go back to get our correct order and thesame girl said she was sorry it was her first time closing. Read more
