This location is small, but mighty! The flavors pack a punch and the service was good. A small was plenty for me as they put... quite a bit in the cup and it overflows out the top! The little serving utensil they give you is very fun and lets you savor theflavor more with each bite. I got the last of the cappuccino gelato and I was very happy I did. It was amazing. Keep in mindthat when they run out of a flavor for the day, they are out, so you wanna go earlier in their open hours if you want to ensurethat you get to try what you?re hoping to try! Some might say the prices are a bit steep, but the quality of the flavor andingredients makes it well worth the price. Seating inside is minimal, but it was empty in there when we went so we had plenty ofoptions for spots to sit. Definitely will be back to try more flavors in the future! Read more
The Gelato itself was delicious. But don't expect any good customer service here. Me and friends walked in and were ignored by... workers until we greeted them when we were ready to order. They acted as if we were inconveniencing them by wanting to place anorder. Unfortunately that was enough for me to not want to return. Read more

I can?t even begin to describe my experience with this product. I had 2 triple berry waffle cones each day I was at Louder Than... Life. They are amazing folks and the epitome of Mom and Pop shops. Fairly priced and above and beyond taste and quality ofservice. I live 1 and a half hours away but will make the trip to Louisville to get more. I?m not a religious person at all butwithout going over the top I would have to say this is the closest to heaven as you can get with your taste buds.
